A Stellar Stay with a Wonderful Host! I can't say enough good things about our stay in Union City, all thanks to Will! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality. The apartment was immaculate, with a refreshing scent that immediately made us feel at home. Location-wise, it was perfect. Situated in a convenient spot, we had easy access to public transportation. Manhattan was just a quick 15-minute bus ride away, making our sightseeing plans incredibly straightforward. Will even shared some of his local knowledge, recommending the best spots to visit and how to navigate the city, which was invaluable to us. The amenities were top-notch. We took advantage of the on-site gym and pool, both of which were clean and well-maintained. Will was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, making the whole experience feel personalized and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend staying with Will. 100% would book again!

Shaquannahs place was an amazing time. For sure will come back. It’s just a vibe in there. She was great with communication and was able to answer every question I had.

Let me start by saying shaquannah is an awesome hostess. She answered all my questions fast and the place was absolutely amazing. The place looked just like the pictures so neat and clean the decor was sooo cute 🥰 the view was beautiful especially when the sun set. I’ll definitely be coming again it’s worth ever dime and it’s cozy. Thanks again 🙏🏽

I couldn’t say enough great things about Marcus! He was so incredibly friendly and communicative. His space was flawless, absolutely beautiful! Clean, heated floors and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, extra large TV’s, a beautiful aesthetic, a large kitchen space, super comfortable beds. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay! He even made sure to help guide us to his parking and out of his drive upon check out. Very thoughtful, kind & personable human. 10/10 would recommend. I only ever had one qualm the entire stay and it was an upstairs neighbor who was loud one morning of our stay (starting at 4am) but Marcus very quickly addressed this and it was a non issue from that moment forward. They were very mindful the rest of our stay. I am very grateful for this host, his welcoming personality & his attention to detail. If I return to the city I will definitely be staying here again!

First, Mercedes and her Property Manager Andrew were VERY personable and responsive. Extremely helpful and willing to deliver new sheets/comforters when we notified them that all the towels and comforters had been piled next to the laundry machine and were unwashed. We had to wash all of the towels, etc. the first day of our vacation, but we wanted to stay in and rest anyway, so it wasn't a big problem. Our only other concerns were that there were no microwaveable dishes, bowls or cups (only four of each and plastic, which shouldn't be microwaved, so we had to buy microwaveable paper plates). The sole frying pan is very small, and there are no mixing bowls, colanders, etc. to make salad and again, nothing microwaveable. I left a bottle opener there for the next guests. The washing machine is very hard to figure out, even after a detailed explanation by the Property Manager. There's no towel rack in the bathroom, but Andrew was very attentive to bring hangers when we asked. $288/night.

Franklin Guesthouse is in a great location! Enjoyed our stay. Dwight and Brie were very helpful.

Had a great stay at Neo’s master bedroom. Check in was seamless, place matches with the description, and location is within close proximity to manhattan. Highly recommend! Would definitely visit again!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

My family and I had an amazing stay at King’s Airbnb! King was incredibly accommodating, even waiting for us late at night to welcome us and show us around the apartment. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a family. My wife and kids loved how comfortable and well-equipped everything was. The location was ideal – just minutes from EWR and a quick trip to NYC. King’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone visiting the area!

Great apartment!

This is my second time staying with Ivone. She has a great place in a wonderful location. Clean, tidy, all the amenities, accommodating and she is there for you when needed. Ivone also is very respectful of your privacy. Will stay with Ivone again!

If you're ok with being away from the masses in Manhattan, this place is amazing!! The house is a wonderfully newly developed tri-level house with a great view of the river. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

I stopped at Lily’s house for 3 nights as a female solo traveller. It was my first time visiting NYC and Lily was super helpful! On the first morning, she walked to the bus stop with me, and made sure I knew which bus to get to get to and from Manhattan. She was super hospitable, really made you feel at home. The room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was always clean with fresh towels etc, and the home is beautiful! The area of Leonia is a lovely suberb, very peaceful and tranquil. Location wise - it takes around 35/40 minutes to reach Manhattan, and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk down the road. I would absolutely stay with Lily again if I came back to NYC. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Coming home lovely kind cozy just love this Family. It was the best time I ever had in the US. And this Family was the reason I felt home instantly. The Heart, body, soul and mind in the right place. They been always helpful. Easy and fast contact. Answered every kind of question. Caring so so so so so soooo much. Iam so thankful and go back home with a fullfilled heart. All in One- Was wonderful to life with them. I definitely highly recommend this homestay and if it’s the next moment, I will be back there. - Always good connection to NY City Various restaurant close by. Very quite Safe Garden / Wellness ( Sauna) If you have eyes u can see a part of the sky -lines 😉 and so much more Go there !

Coup de foudre! I had the greatest of luck to meet Ivone and to stay at her warm and welcoming home. She was kind, generous with time and help to make my stay positive, and a rare and inspiring person. I felt truly at home and am fortunate to have met her and am deeply grateful for this time.
