Condo vacation rentals in Queen Anne, Seattle

Fast easy check in. Very clean, great location down town for my stay and will definitely come back in the future. Work out gym, pool, Hot tub and sauna is what sealed the deal for me!

We stayed at this AirBnB for two nights recently and it was perfect for our needs. Great location in a nice quite complex with lots of big trees and covered parking. The apartment itself is large. It is furnished simply, but has everything you’d need. Overall, it was a great value for the price and we would book it again! Thank you to both Christina and Amy for extremely nice stay.

We are WA residences that came up for an event and Debra was very informative and responsive to us. We have a lavender allergy with our group and Debra washed the linens and towels for her without the lavender scented laundry soap. Debra checked in to ensure we did not need anything and was helpful at all times. This was a 10/10 stay and hope we can book again for next year.

Everything was as described. The unit was clean and had a full kitchen The refrigerator had a water dispenser which was fantastic (most units in that complex do not). This unit was the best out of all we have stayed at (we stay there twice a year for conventions).

Stayed here for a couple of days on a short trip. Very conveniently located. One can walk easily to downtown. The hosts provided lots of instructions and the communication was excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had access to the gym, which was also a convenience. Would stay here again.

Courtney's place was convenient and super close to the main area of Queen Anne. It was nice to be tucked away in the neighborhood!

Check-in was super easy as Jeri leaves very detailed instructions for everything. He’s also very communicative and often messages you before you have a chance to ask him something! Make sure to check out Jeri’s list of recommendations as it provided us with plenty of places to eat at.

We had a wonderful stay in John's condo. It felt like home. The living room was spacious and had very comfortable furniture, lots of windows, and a gas fireplace (cozy on chilly Seattle evenings). The kitchen is among the best we have experienced in an Airbnb: very well supplied with cooking implements, excellent appliances, very clean, and opens onto a dining table that easily seated six people. The bedrooms were good size, with dressers, closets, and mirrors. The linens (for bed and bath) were plentiful and very clean. The bathroom matched the rest of the condo in being very clean and well stocked. Added bonuses: a laundry room with excellent washer and dryer, and a parking place! Queen Anne is our favorite area of Seattle, and John's condo is very well located to enjoy all the area has to offer and to get to other parts of the city. easily. We would definitely stay in the condo again. Thank you, John, for making it a pleasure for us.

I really enjoyed staying at Tetiana’s place. I thought the decor was cute and the space was big compared to most other options in Seattle. My only thing to note is that I think the parking space is way too small for a RAV4. I was able to get a Subaru Outback in there but at an angle due to the column. I think something like a mini cooper or fiat would be best. Luckily there was no one in the parking space beside of me for the length of my stay but I don’t think I could’ve managed parking with a compact SUV if there was a person in that space.

Robert was an amazing host. Very responsive when we needed something and even was able to provide a late check out. We also appreciated that it had a pack and play and high chair for our one-year-old. Additionally the location was incredible. Overall I would highly recommend!

Everything was great. It was a lovely stay. Easy check in. Quiet and peaceful.

The place was great—super clean and organized. The kitchen had all the basic equipment you'd need. Note that it doesn't have a stove or oven, but it does have a little oven and a microwave. Towels were provided, and there were even extras available. The coffee machine and kettle were a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It’s much more beautiful in person and the views are quite amazing. - Leaving the fireplace on helps warm up the entire place quickly (learned this way too late into my stay) - They have so many supplies in the kitchen! I mean anything you can think of is there. - My toddler loved it. He had lots of room to explore. I will say there are stairs so depends on the toddler if they’ll stay down. - Our animals felt right at home. Ariel communicated quickly and answered any questions that came up during our stay. Would stay here again!

I stayed at Amy's place on a week long trip visiting friends in Seattle. I've stayed at 1-2 longer term airbnbs in Seattle before, and this apartment was an awesome home base! I paid a little over $100 per night (including taxes), and it was a great value (especially considering its central location). What was great: - Apartment overall was very clean with hard flooring (seemingly well swept and mopped) - Very clean kitchen and bathroom (including bathtub and sink). Appliances were kept up to date - Very usable + well stocked kitchen + laundry - Comfortable bed and desk setup - Central location and easy access, quiet neighbors - Warm adjustable radiator in the bedroom, I was never cold on ~20F nights What wasn't perfect: - Windows let in some noise. There wasn't much noise (pedestrians were quiet and there wasn't honking, mostly just driving noise), but might interrupt sensitive sleepers - 0.5 floor unit, so less privacy when curtains are opened

Apartment was beautiful. Host was very friendly and it was an easy check in and check out. Would definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

This a great place to stay in Seattle. Clean and comfortable with great views. So many things to walk to without having to worry about Seattle parking and traffic. We really enjoyed meeting our greeter who welcomed us in and showed us around. It was a nice personal touch. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in the area.

It was a beautiful comfortable home.. we loved it!! It was across the street from the crocodile!! A lot of things close by!!! the check in and check out is kind of a lot of steps.. all the towels were still in the dryer so it took us a bit to find them lol no wash cloths.. the oven is in like Celsius so that was different we had to use google… pricing is a bit on the higher end with cleaning and all the fees!!! Took us like 20 min to check in and 20 to check out as we forgot our laminate parking pass in our car :( so that took awhile to get back in etc, I will finish with more good it is very safe feeling!! With the homeless in Seattle that area there was only 1 guy and that was it!!! All in all a wonderful stay would do it again and I know it would be way easier this time!! We only stayed 1 night!! Thank you worth the stay!!!!

Great walking distance to many amenities and sites, including pike place market and some cute shops. Parking being included was a huge perk for us to save on time and money! There were 3 of us travelling and the air mattress was a huge asset! Eugenio and staff were all very friendly and quick to respond! Would book here again!

The location of this stay is prefect for a first time visit to Seattle, very walkable with so many shops and activities nearby. The stay is very cozy with a nice view. The actual beds and pillows were comfy.

Everything was AMAZING! House was fully stocked, super clean, beds were comfy and nice corner view of the water. A greeter was outside waiting when we arrived and helped us get all checked in. Location couldn’t get much better, walking distance to just about everything. Building itself felt very safe for being in downtown. On the note about downtown it is very loud, but that is to be expected. We had such a pleasant time. Gale was very responsive and helpful in every way. We would recommend to everyone!

This was my 3rd time staying at Kim’s place! This place is great, as it is very walkable to shopping and restaurants and it’s always super clean! Kim is very quick to respond to my questions.
