I honestly can not say enough about the beauty of the location as well as the boat itself. Honestly it was more amazing than the pictures. The birds and nature coupled with gorgeous setting on the Nile was truly magical. Abraham was extremely polite and made really nice breakfast every morning. He also took us to the East side for shopping and restaurants via the water taxi. Sitting outside on the lounges and having a tea or coffee was so refreshing. Mohamad and his brother Ayman made sure we had fabulous restaurants to eat and also walked us around town so that we were sure to see and do all The things we wanted. The hospitality was some of the best I have experienced during my travels. Also Mohamad made sure we had a guide for all The history we wanted to see and a super kind driver. We always felt safe!!! The Sofra restaurant is an absolute must. Marsam farm for lunch is also amazing and beautiful. They have gardens and camels as well as horses. Once again we loved our stay so much

This is a spectacular house with friendly and responsive hosts. Very clean and look exactly as the photos. Got everything we need, peace and quiet place with walkable distant to public port to east bank. Strongly recommend all five stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Vehicle was arranged for us to get picked up and dropped off at location. Apartment was to a very nice standard along with an amazing view from the lounge, bedrooms and a double balcony situated upstairs on the roof of the building. Mahmoud arranged the hot air balloon tour for us which was absolutely spectacular. The apartment is located on the West Bank and is near a nice restaurant. It is also within close walking distance of the water taxis, allowing easy access to travel to the East bank if so desired. The location allowed for our group to complete many adventures in Luxor and it was nice to have a quiet, clean and peaceful apartment to come back to after a very busy day. The host was always easily contactable and came through with all of our requests in a very timely fashion. This stay was perfect for our time in Luxor and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice quiet apartment away from all the noise, with an amazing view of the Nile and Balloons in the morning.

Very good stay with Mohamed. The accommodation is on a quiet street a 5-minute walk from the small shops and the banks of the Nile. The only downsides are the unheated pool (not possible to swim in February if you are chilly) and the sometimes limited wifi. Overall the space was clean but not spotless either. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay close to the city center, you can go there without a problem. In addition, a big positive point Mohamed who is the owner allowed us to arrive at 1h15 in the morning without any problem.

Badawi promptly responded to my advance questions re: the best time to arrive, how I can go to his listing to check in, how he can show me where to go for shopping and food, how I can have my things sent to me, how my rental is private, how he will let the employees know not to bother me, and anything else I needed such as the wonderful free breakfast, WiFi, etc. When my plane landed, I texted Badawi as we discussed prior to my arrival, and he gave me clear directions on how to take the taxi to the ferry with the few things I had brought on the plane, then met me at the ferry dock, carried my things to his car, and chauffeured me the rest of the beautiful way to the rental. The place was better than expected. Rarely have I felt so at home!! He had a working refrigerator with some welcome fruit in it, showed me how to open the balcony doors for air or just sunshine, and then let me stay in peace unless I needed anything, at which time he responded very well and professionally.

Nice new apartment located in a local area near the railway station and 15 minutes away from the waterfront and the Luxor Temple. It's also close to the market and bus stop. The apartment has been recently renovated and has new furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories. The bed linen is clean and new. Hot water is available and there is a washing machine and TV in the apartment. All equipment works perfectly. This apartment is definitely better than others.

My stay here was very enjoyable. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful but what I liked the most was the splendid nile views. I stayed in a few apartment when I travel to Luxor and this was by far, the best one.
