This is a fabulous place! The location is perfect. It’s private and safe and yet centrally located. The beach was lovely and a short walk. The place itself was beautifully and comfortably decorated with anything you could need. I would highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you! My family loved it.

Very happy with condo and location. We did have an ongoing issue with hot water/pressure that needed plumber attention. Waleska was very responsive but over Christimas presented some service challenges from the plumber with parts. We always had water and we were able to make do. The condo was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Supplies and everyday basics were plentiful and we arrived to juices, water and corona in the fridge. Much appreciated. AC, WiFi and TVs were great and able to watch NFL, NBA and a variety of US stations. BBQ grill and beach needs, etc. were abundant. Loved easy access to beach and quietness of the development. Waleska was very helpful with recommendations as well and very timely in responses via What's App. Would happily stay again. Note it is a long drive from San Juan and if you can fly into Aguadilla much closer. Everybody we met during our 9 day trip in PR were friendly, helpful and genuinely nice.

Our hosts thought of everything. The rooms were very comfortable. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and pool. Kitchen had all the basics to make things more homey. The view is beautiful and the neighborhood safe and quiet. It was easy to get around (by car) and do all the things we wanted. Great home base for our week in PR and happily would recommend to others.

I have never felt so taken care of by an Airbnb host! Waleska came out to meet us as we pulled up. She offered to make dinner reservations on our first night, knowing we had a long day of travel. She knew the owner and reserved a poolside table for us. We ate while the kids swam. It was a great start to our vacation! The house was exactly what was pictured. We used all the beach equipment she had available. The kids loved riding around on the scooters. The beds were really comfortable. She offered more than enough towels and pillows. The layout of the house really worked well for our family. The laundry was upstairs, which was really convenient. I highly recommend Waleska's house. It was an overall pleasure to stay there. This was our first time visiting Rincón and I understand why people love it so much.

Jolie was an amazing host, always responsive, proactive and resourceful. She looked after us like a a good old friend! The villa is a gem, a lot of space, an amazing terrace on the third floor, a fully equipped kitchen and an extraordinary location within 3 min from the beach in a great gated community. The tennis court available was a big plus for us and the peaceful and quiet neighborhood was a blessing, especially after a rather stressful and unpleasant stay in San Juan for 5 days prior to this Rincon trip. The neighbors whom most are local residents are very nice and helpful and we instantly felt like home. Rincón is 10min away and there are good restaurants close by such as La Rosa Inglesa or the Beach House where one can enjoy live music. There is a big surfing community around here and one can feel that cool and relaxed vibe everywhere. We are already thinking about returning with our family and friends. Truly amazing!!experience!

The location of Villa Descalza was terrific. It's a great spot, although one should definitely expect to have a car to get around. I loved the neighborhood feel, and proximity to the beach. I loved the decor. The one minor thing was that we didn't realize we needed to turn on the hot water heater for the showers, however they were quick to reply once I finally contacted them and the issue was resolved.

This was our third year staying in Puntas and Shawn and Venessa’s home was by far the nicest place we have stayed in the area. While it is definitely a minimalist space, we loved opening all the doors to let the breeze in everyday, and the outdoor spaces and view all felt absolutely luxurious. The outdoor shower and towel drying racks by the entrance were perfect for cleaning off and getting dry after the beach. The beds were very comfortable and white noise machines were essential because the roosters will wake you up early if you don’t have them on. We were thankful for the solar power option because the power did go out for a couple of days during our stay, but it was no problem. This is all common for the area and we booked here specifically because of the backup water and power available. The only drawback for the house is that it is a small space, so with 6 people there isn’t a ton of privacy. Just be aware of this. This is a very special home, thank you to the hosts!!

Waleska and Luis are the most hospitable hosts! The house was impeccable, decorated beautifully, and stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. Most amazing were the incredible sunsets from the rooftop bed lounger and the convenience to beach access, privacy, and peace. My family and I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Waleska and Luis!!!

Traveled as family of 6 (4 teens) was hesitant to book when I found the listing because of no reviews at the time, but the house/pool are incredible. 1. Location beautiful and quiet. Kids surfed a lot at popular breaks in Rincón + drive was shorter than our last stay. Walking distance to bakery/restaurants + grocery store (w/ everything we needed). 2. Hosts were fantastic. Questions ahead travel were all answered quickly (recs for taxi, excursions, restaurants) + all excellent. We arrived to a tray of fresh fruit and beach towels. 3. The blackout. We had two days/nights without power on New Year’s Eve/day. Our hosts brought a generator for fridge + charge phones ASAP. We were running low on bath products + I notified host, next thing, there was a care package on our door step of essentials and treats for us and kids. I literally cried, it was a kind gesture during a stressful (NO fault of hosts, entire island impacted). Beautiful house, beach + kind, generous BEST hosts!

We booked Amapola House last minute after our original Airbnb was canceled. We were extremely upset that our original place was canceled, but we are so glad it was! This house is absolutely AMAZING! It is spacious, clean, stunning views, and the pool was a great place to relax at the end of the day. It is on a quiet street, but so close to great restaurants, shops and the most beautiful beaches. We had a minor issue and Nicole and Heather responded immediately and took care of it. The neighbor was so friendly and helpful, the sunsets are amazing, the house is a great place to relax and recharge. We loved watching the iguanas in the backyard, my kids had fun trying to find them in the trees. Our original rental that was cancelled was on the other side of PR, having it canceled the day we arrived in PR actually was the best thing that could have happened! Amapola House exceeded our expectations; we can't wait to book another trip and stay at Nicole & Heather's House again!

Amark was a great help and very willing to help. The housekeepers had a personal matter the day we arrived so some sheets and towels were not clean when we arrived. Within 10 minutes of calling Amark he and a few housekeepers showed up and began cleaning, and came back the next day to continue, even buying us drinks. The place speaks for itself, and the view was amazing.

Casa Canal was a beautiful house, great location, great surf trip with some buddies & the wives. So close to so many good spots to eat in town. The pool was very relaxing and the beach out back was a beauty. We all had a great time.

This place is ideally located right on beautiful and quiet Sandy Beach, 10min walk on the beach from Casa Islena and Tamboo restaurants and Antonio's surf break. 10min drive to the surf breaks and restaurants in Rincon. Condo has lots of sleeping room, our 4 teenagers had beds to themselves. Host had beach towels and chairs and boogie boards for us. Kitchen is a bit dated. Had some hot water issues that the host fixed; the dryer didn't work.

Beautiful location! You can hear the waves from your bed! Condo was a little tricky to find in the dark, but once we found it we were very happy- it’s well stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The kids loved finding sea glass on the beach -and playing in the tide pool just down the beach.

Great vacation.

Our family of six stayed with Waleska for 5 days and had a beautiful trip. The home was exactly as described. Waleska provided a number of wonderful recommendations, set up massages, and immediately responded to any message that I sent. The area was as beautiful as expected, and the walk to the pool and beach were very easy. She left a delicious bag of local coffee that we drank each morning. I’ve never stayed with a more accommodating host! 5 stars for sure! **The only surprising thing was that the knockout upstairs bedroom with walk out patio didn’t have a bathroom. It was fine, and we (the adults) stayed on the second floor with the en-suite bathroom and king bed, but it was not exactly what we had expected for the layout.
