Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Punta Sal

The house is the same as shown in the pictures, it was clean and had the necessary amenities. We went with the family, 6 adults, 4 kids, and 1 pet. We had a pretty good time, the waterfall and the pool light set looks very nice. When we needed to communicate with the host, she was very attentive and we had a prompt response. The beach is very close, and it is quite warm, you just have to take some care to go down, we went with an older adult who could do it without a problem, but maybe someone with some limitation can be complicated. In general I would recommend this house and go again another summer. We had the best.

Great place to spend with family and friends

Everything is excellent! Quiet environment, clean and well equipped house... the owner is always attentive, very good experience.

The house is really spectacular, 4 suites with private bathroom, two looking at the sea on the second floor and the other two from the side, all with TVs, the first floor rooms all with bathroom. The common spaces are really beautiful. It's a relatively new house, two years old. Two criticisms, in front of the beach there are rocks so you have to walk about 200 meters to avoid danger and to bathe. The indoor living room that has television needs a door and air conditioning because otherwise it can't be used because of the heat and mozquitos. The pool, chairs, etc. are spectacular. Absolutely recommended. We were 16 people.

Our stay in Máncora was amazing, thank you very much Consuelo for being such a thoughtful host! From the beginning, he answered all our doubts and made us feel very comfortable. The house was in perfect condition, with excellent cleaning service (10/10), and the caretakers were very attentive. Magaly's food was spectacular, a real luxury to indulge in her cooking. The view and direct beach access are priceless. Although it is about 15-20 minutes by mototaxi from Máncora, with all the comforts of the house and proximity to the sea, it does not feel the need to go out. Thank you, Consuelo, for everything! Definitely an experience to be repeated.

The staff is extremely friendly, especially Miss Carmen, who was always attentive to help us with deliverys, answer questions and make sure we didn't miss anything. For those who enjoy the beach, it's the place: you can spend the whole day bathing and relaxing. The pool and all facilities remained spotless throughout our stay. Undoubtedly, it is a great place to rest and enjoy a unforgettable family vacation. We would love to make a return and highly recommend this.

The location was perfect, the host super kind and always cooperative, and the suite was just as the pictures ! We had the entire floor for us, with a private pool overlooking the bay, right at the beach front ! Espectacular, for sure we will be back! Note: right at the beach front there are many stands with local food which they prepare onsite for you, we recommend to ask for Mariela and for sure order the ceviche de pescado for 30 soles ($7.50) and Chicharrón for the same price !

The place was excellent. There are no shops nearby, however they provide delivery numbers for shopping. In the accommodation there is a pantry with basic things to buy (coffee, drinks, snacks). There were no cleaning supplies in the bathrooms (soap or shampoo), the rest was excellent.

Nice, comfortable and cozy apartment in a private condominium. Easily accessible and safe. Jorge and Silmara's attention is very friendly and always attentive to everything. Super recommended. We look forward to coming back soon! ☺️☺️☺️

We stayed the last week of December 2024 at Javier’s place and we had the best time ever. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very close to the beach, great swimming pool which was the highlight for my elderly mom. Javier is a great host very communicative and friendly. The guardian, Deimon, was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely come back for sure.

It was an excellent choice to enjoy family vacations, as it comes with everything needed for a period of rest and disconnection. Quiet and very comfortable place, nearby beach, waters almost as warm as in the Caribbean. For Chilean tourists, like us, it is important to make the connection from Tumbes airport, Sky has good offers but they arrive at Piura airport, 4 hours away. It is very important to stock up before you arrive, in addition to having the information of shopping places from the first days for accessories. It is also a very good option to hire services to cook you typical food from Peru in the apartment itself. Carrying tired repellent and sunblock. Highly recommended place.

Very recommended, the house is very nice, in a private condominium for 24 hour security, privacy and everything is very good. I would love to return again.
