Another fantastic stay at Sara's Riverview! The house is spacious and beautifully done! A large courtyard surrounded by greenery! All amenities for a long stay are provided for. The host Saiju and his brother Biju are one of the best! We love frequenting this homestay!!!

Great option for international travelers! Sam provided additional details and tips regarding local restaurants and facilities. The onsite caretaker was helpful to get everything setup and ask questions. Amenities were solid - hot water in bathrooms and AC in all rooms. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience during our one-night stay at this homestay! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the host, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The surroundings were peaceful and serene, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again! a perfect place for our office anniversary trip. we had a great time with such a great ambience and the availability of outdoor sports made it a fun day. the sunset cruise was beautiful and special thanks to Sebin the caretaker for carrying one of our colleagues, who had a cast on his leg, to and from the boat. overall highly recommend this place for a fun, intimate gathering.

Jestin was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was cozy and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the city. The garden is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully. Jestin family's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. I wasn’t prepared for how much I enjoyed staying at Samjana’s place. She’s an architect and designed the whole building herself. From the polished brick floors feeling delightful on my bare feet to the open balconies and kitchen, to waking up with an incredible view of the jungle birds and animals, we loved the balance between modern design and natural beauty. With Samjana’s internet booster, I was also able to work comfortably there. And we found delicious restaurants and friendly fruit & veg vendors at the junction within walking distance. We’re grateful for Samjana creating this place and sharing it with us. 🙏🏼

Sebastian and his wife Cecilia are extremely kind and go the extra mile to make your stay go well. Sebastian was extremely responsive to all of my requests. He even took me to a place to purchase fresh fruit, as I was only eating fruit during my stay. His wife made me a delicious juice. They were both extremely kind and like family. When I asked if they had any bleach, Sebastian brought me some. The place was a stand alone building with 2 others like it nearby. Private and with AC. Very close to walk to the beach. Also a place to buy fresh drinking coconuts nearby. If you are a westerner, you might want to walk to the left when you get to the beach. About a 5-10 minute walk towards Fisherman’s Cafe, there is row of beach cots with umbrellas for the Westerners. Very useful in the hot sun! They cost about 200 rupees to use for a period of time. Swimming was great. Waves easy to navigate. White sand. Bring your flip flops as the sand can get very hot in the afternoon!

The place was really beautiful, just like the pictures. The sea view from the property was absolutely stunning! It’s a lovely spot and such a great deal for the price. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Kochi. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place with a great view!
