Vacation rentals with a pool in Pulau Ujong

The 8 days stay was remarkably enjoyable for me and family, especially the childrens. The hse was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Really felt like home, as the hse layout is wheelchair friendly, which is good for my mother and a handicapped niece on wheelchair. Most of the rooms have clean and nice toilet. A powerful cassette type air-condition on level 1 and level 2 hall way, and FC unit air-con in every rooms. Really comfortable. The host have separate sets of kitchen appliances and utensil, Halal and Non-Halal. This was very thoughtful of a super host and provides all the essentials, coffee, tea, cookies, chocolate, fridge full with refreshments and many more. We felt overwhelm by the host generousity and surprised by the special attention provides. Everyone in the family enjoyed the stay throughout and suggest to have frequent gathering at Eric place. Was a worthy stay and the very best.

A great place to accommodate 9 of us. It's clean, cozy, and offers a variety of amenities. We especially loved the KTV and mahjong! There was a slight technical issue, but the host was very proactive and came down to help us resolve it. We really appreciate the effort. 👍 The air conditioning took some time to cool down, so it might get a little warm while playing games. The car porch can fit 1 large car and 1 small car, with additional roadside parking available if you have more occupants. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer are all provided. Overall, it was a satisfying stay ! Thank you for hosting us !!!!

Great place. Water system is great. Filtration installed for entire house. There us also a filtration system at the kitchen sink and then a Coway dispenser. Extremely useful. The place is squeaky clean. Labelled the switches for guests. Pool was very clean on first day. But alot of dry leaves found next day. Unavoidable due to location. Host unexpectedly gave us a whole cake as well. But unfortunately we aren't cake lovers. But great gesture! Only 1 complain. The maintenance guy entered the premises before we checked out. It's very important that guests should feel safe. But knowing that maintenance can enter at any time, it's unsettling.

Extremely responsive and friendly hosts/management team. We booked the transportation to and from Singapore with Hometel as well and the communication was spot on. It was not easy coordinating 21 people on 4 different vehicles but Hometel made it possible. The villa was spotless and the rooms were nice and spacious with more than ample space for 21 grown adults. Only thing was that there were many mosquitoes all over the estate, so do come prepared with insect repellent! I would highly recommend this villa and especially the team handling it!

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

Booked this unit the night before checking in. Unit is in good condition when we arrived. Everything is good - clean, comfortable, cozy home away from home. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Clean and spacious. Not quite walkable from the busy area of Mount Austin, but very peaceful for a good rest.

Second time staying at this Airbnb, and still amazing. I will always prefer this Airbnb when in Johor.

The place super clean

Clean place with nice views of the beach. Very convenient check in & out procees. host was very helpful to attend to our needs and went the extra mile to bring us the new hairdryer when we informed that it had issues. he also recommended us places to get fireworks and food when we asked.

place was worth the price, accessible to places suchs as Aeon, KSL, Larkin Junction, all within 20mins drive 👍
