We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

Great place 10 min from Annecy, 45 min from Geneva I found a Quality Hotel in this apartment! Great stay, I recommend

It must be said that everything has been thought out for our comfort. This is our first experience with Airbnb and we love it. The girls loved the apartment more beautiful and large than the hotel:-) Apartment with a pleasant balcony, views of Lake Annecy and the mountain, close to Old Annecy. We did everything on foot and it was very appreciated. The parking and the residence are secure which is very reassuring. Thanks again to Pascale for hosting us and for her responsiveness. The only concern is that we will be forced to come back to your place the next time we visit Annecy!!! Recommended + +++++ ++++++++

Very well located apartment in the city center of Yenne. It is very easy to park. The accommodation is very clean and very well appointed. The listing is the same as the photos. The host is very responsive if you have any questions. I'd recommend it without a second thought. We had a great time.

Thank you Alejandra!! This was the perfect base for our 4-week family trip to Annecy. We have two kids (7 and 5) so appreciated the lovely, spacious living area and washing machine! Alejandra was a wonderful host, giving us lots of recommendations and always responding quickly when we had any questions or issues. We had a problem with the washing machine, but she fixed it right away with no trouble. The apartment building was quiet and in a brilliant location, with a dedicated parking space right outside and visible from our windows. We had the local supermarket just down the street and the lake less than 10 minute walk away. The mountain view from the balcony is lovely and catches the afternoon sun each day. The apartment itself had a well-stocked kitchen, good wardrobe space in the master bedroom and a lovely bathroom. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to come back to Alejandra's place next time!

Frédérique was responsive during our stay. The accommodation is clean, very well arranged and decorated. The location is very good for discovering Annecy.

We spent the new year at Raphaël's, our stays were very satisfactory. The location of the apartment is perfect. A Christmas market is downstairs, but we hardly hear DJ music in the room. If you sleep in the living room, you hear the noise of the elevator. The train station and bus station that allows us to go to the surrounding villages is just a 10-minute walk. Hot water is perfect and enough for 4 people. We bought toilet paper as it is only 2 rolls. Communication with Raphael was not very active but he responds quickly when we need help

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

Lovely garden with the pool and zipline. Very peaceful. Plenty of parasols to hide from the August heatwave we had! Plenty of space inside. Parking.

Nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings! Lovely complete house, nice French atmosphere, old, but equipped with all the comforts. The wood stoves were ready we arrived, and we were given a tour of the house. Super nice people. The local wine is highly recommended!

Accommodation as advertised, there were 6 of us and everyone can have their privacy without any problem. Common areas are very spacious as well. A top terrace. The relaxation area with swimming pool and hot tubs is the real plus of this accommodation!! The kitchen is large and well appointed with everything available + gifts from our hosts. Our hosts who were there when we arrived for the visit, very warm and attentive. Immediate response to each of our questions, also in writing. We're so excited!!

christine's place is impeccable, everything is well thought out. we were welcomed by Nathalie a real really adorable pearl. and what about the location I fell in love with it between lake and mountain we had snow with my children we had stars in our eyes. we recommend this place and just beautiful place

Great stay in Jean-Marc's place. Very comfortable apartment, there is everything you need. The toboggan run is right next door! And the village is a 5 min walk. Jean-Marc was very welcoming and gave us plenty of useful information to make the most of our vacation

We had a great time in the snow. The apartment is 30 min from La Clusaz resort. The village of Menthon Saint-Bernard is beautiful. We saw the castle and the lake is very close. The apartment is large, on 2 floors. It is comfortable, very well equipped, well heated (very nice when you come back from skiing). Laure was very accommodating compared to our check-in and check-out times.
