Rafael was very communicative and made it very clear and easy for us to check in! The home was very lovely and not far from any places we wanted to visit.

This is the second time I've stayed in this area and it's a great value with experienced hosts. This space is tastefully renovated, steps away from the beach, and very quiet at night. Perfect place for me to come stay when I visit the dentist (also located nearby), and close to local, high rated restaurants. Thanks again, Diego!

I’ve stayed here twice and both times it’s been a great stay! Simple but cozy room overlooking the pool . Nice location near Sam’s club and overall worth every penny

We have stayed at the Valero tower once before and absolutely loved it. We really enjoyed this two bedroom. It was a perfect size for four guests. We will definitely be back and we may be potentially getting our own condo someday in the future!

Dionisio’s place was just as described and very close to literally everything. Away from crowds so quiet when you want it to be. Any questions I had he responded quickly. Very clean and comfortable! Only things I’d note was I wished there was either paper towels or separate kitchen towels as the only towels we had were our two bath towels and one wash cloth. Additionally there is a great oven available but no adequate pans to use. These things don’t change the rating nor our desire to stay there or the time we had! Just notes for future guests! Oh! And it says “no hot water” on the listing but they DO have hot water!

The home was clean and very nice. 200 yards from the beach restaurants within walking distance it’s was clean and quiet. It was a good value and met our needs

Our 2nd stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom condo at Las Palmas Resort was absolutely fantastic! The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. The king-size beds in both master bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the extra sleeping options in the living room were great for additional guests. The resort itself had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway—breathtaking ocean views, kid-friendly water slides, a swim-up bar, and even an adults-only pool for some quiet time. The private patio was a perfect spot to unwind and take in the stunning scenery. The location couldn’t have been better! Just a short walk to Banditos for live music and great food, and only minutes from Wrecked at the Reef, where we enjoyed a vibrant beachfront atmosphere. The hosts were wonderful—very responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. We can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise! Highly recommend!

Excellent condo right on the beach. This place had everything we needed. From fresh beach towels to beach chairs, and margarita glasses we were pleased with the details. I have rented from other condos at this location in the past and this is by far the best one. I would definitely recommend this place for sure!

We love Rocky Point and Las Palomas. Mahesh’s condo was lovely and fit our group perfectly. Host was super responsive and answered all our questions prior and while we were there. Definitely recommend this condo!!

Absolutely loved my stay! The views were stunning, and Justin was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process—great communication all around. The resort itself was fantastic, offering everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I’m already looking forward to booking again!

This air bnb was a dream!! This phase was very peaceful as it is brand new, but we could wander over to the other phases as we pleased. Security was very well maintained and felt very safe that wristbands were monitored. Joshua’s place had the extra little items in the kitchen specifically, that are otherwise sometimes forgotten! The view was to die for as you are the 6th story up. Very minimal noise from above, usually in the morning after quiet hours, but other than that, very quiet! Although with this phase still being under construction, any questions or issues were answered very fast by Candace & Joshua.
