Great place to stay at, walking distance to everything .Good location and great host. As mentioned someone does live upstairs but you never see him unless you request something from them.

Wow what a place! My friend and I stayed here and had a hard time leaving the property because it was so relaxing, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property for groups up to 6. It was a little pricey for two of us especially when plenty of room with three luxury bedrooms but that's on us, not them! My only note is it's a bit hard to find and phone service isn't great so make sure to drop a pin on google maps BEFORE leaving wifi so you can direct the taxi. We arrived at night so it was hard to pick out. Also, it is up quite a large hill from town so wouldn't recommend for anyone who has trouble with hills. We didn't mind the exercise and ensured a nice private respite from the busy downtown area.

Our stay at this house was absolutely wonderful! The home is even more beautiful than the photos—spacious, thoughtfully designed, and with plenty of room to relax and unwind... Its location strikes a great balance—just a short walk to the beach, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Ines was an exceptional host—always responsive, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond by arranging transportation and assisting with any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!

Ross is amazing and super attentive and accommodating. Stayed with 6 girls to celebrate my birthday. Rooftop is beautiful with a view of the sunset. Beds were comfortable and the TV in the living room was a nice touch. On the last night, we all stayed in and watched a movie. It’s about a 15 min walk to the beach but very quiet. Highly recommended for a larger party.

Thania is a great, reliable host. His contacts in the city are trustworthy and very reliable as well. Which is convenient in the city. Villa was clean and maintenance staff were very diligent. A great experience.

Extraordinary accommodation, very comfortable, clean and a few steps from the beautiful Carrizalillo beach and very close to the unsurpassed Bacocho. The apartment has a beautiful view towards the Pacific and very close to Boulevard Benito Juárez with very recommended cafes, ice cream shops and restaurants. Finally, Lupita and Mauro (who attend to all the maintenance tasks of the Tortugas condominium), just 10.

Location was great for us; quiet, in walking distance to different beaches and restaurants. The on-site manager and residents were helpful and very friendly. A special shoutout to the gardener who was so kind and wonderful to speak with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated Sammy's friendly and responsive hosting. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures with an unbeatable view! The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We did have a little difficulty finding the address as the building is tucked away on a sidestreet. It helps to know that the complex is called La Escondida. Also, be aware that you will probably need a taxi to get to restaurants and most of the beaches. However, Manzanillo Beach is only a short walk (7 minutes or so) away, albeit down some long, steep steps. If you want a quiet, peaceful stay to enjoy a fabulous view of the Pacific, you won't find a more beautiful place.

The condo is beautiful and has spectacular views. You’ll get a beautiful view of the sunrises on the balcon. Puerto angelito is about a 7-10 minute walk from the condo and the Adoquín where they sell souvenirs and food is about a 15 min walk which was very nice for us. We ended up renting a bike that was parked right outside of the condo building which was convenient to return and we would use it to go to farther places like zicatela beach. Ellie was responsive and nice. Definitely will book again!

The accommodation is really nice. If you want peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. There is a pool that is cleaned every day and is ideal for cooling off. We felt very comfortable with Silvia. We would book again.

Elizeth and Inti were friendly and welcoming when we arrived. They gave us many recommendations and were helpful for suggestions of places to go. The place was exactly as shown and close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Highly recommend staying here if you are in puerto Escondido.

The apartment was as described. It was spacious and quite luminous. Very well stocked kitchen - we had everything we needed. The pool was great and the community very friendly. We loved the very short walk to the pretty Carizalillo beach and to Rinconada strip with shops and restaurants. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed the cleaning service which was provided twice a week. A few frustrations: the internet connection in the apartment was very poor. It was pretty good near the palapa in the pool area, but I needed to find and go to a co-working space for the privacy for zoom calls. Another: there are no mirrors in either of the bathrooms, which wasn’t practical. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!
