Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto de Palma de Mallorca

Miguel was a great host - very friendly and attentive. The apartment left nothing to be desired, we enjoyed the pool and barbecue very much. Would definitely stay there again.

Four of us (2 adults, 2 children) spent a week in early March in Georges and Lisa's cozy house and especially appreciated the central location in a quiet side street. Lisa and George were great hosts; we were greeted personally and warmly, the two were also very flexible. We received great tips for things to do nearby and especially we also enjoyed an abundantly stocked gift basket on our arrival, which was really great! The house impresses with its uniqueness, is very lovingly decorated and the roof terrace is great! Unfortunately, it was still a little chilly in early March, so we had to use the radiators when we were at home. And next time I would take slippers with me, the old walls are very cold. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend this accommodation!

Beautiful house, pretty small but nice. The beds in the house are soft and big!! Very nice.. Great tv and outside garden and roof terrace are beautiful. 2 things to concider. You need a small car because parking close to the house a problem with big car and it's a small house. Perfect with 4 persons, more will be crowded. But def 5 stars😃

We had an enchanting time staying at the place. The house is quaint and cozy, just to feel comfortable. Amenities were manageable, but was completely sufficient for 5 people. The landlords were always helpful with problems and questions. We will be happy to come back!!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful finca. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped, but that didn't bother us very much. The sea and various nice places are easily accessible by car. Our flight was not until 7 PM and we were allowed to stay in the finca until our departure to the airport, so we had a very relaxed departure day. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

Ca sa padrina is a beautiful home where you can feel at home. We are a family with two kids aged 6 and 8 and they loved being able to sleep alone in one room (it's a bit separate from the other room but there is a sofa bed just in case). It is a village house in a very quiet villa. It is very well located because you are 30 minutes away from many interesting places we wanted to see. It was perfect for us. The house has everything and Joana is quick to respond in case of any questions. If we can, we'll be back!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (about 1.5 hours from Palma airport). From the Port de Soller bus stop, it is then 10-15 minutes to the apartment. Without a car, you should be fit to walk up the small mountain. The ascent is worth it, because the view from the apartment is gigantic and you are at a safe distance from the hustle and bustle of the harbor. The terrace is definitely the highlight. The center of Port de Soller is about a 15-minute walk. Overall clear recommendation as well as nice, accommodating hostess!

Our stay with Miguel was wonderful. The apartment is top, super equipped and very clean. Communication with Miguel was straightforward and very friendly. The location of the apartment just on the promenade is a dream. I'm sure we'll be back.

Best Spot in Portal Nous our Happy Place

Neil was very helpful in helping us find the proper parking lot. Make sure you park in the white spaces in the lot at the top of the hill. Those are free. Blue spaces you have to pay. The view was amazing! Everything was super clean. Please be wary of the fire place, as it looks like it needs a proper cleaning, or needs a door, smoke will enter the room even if flu is in correct position. The shower was lovely and hot! The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The view alone makes this place spectacular! Enjoy!!!

Where should I start? I can't say any negative feedback, because our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment is amazing. The interior is stylish in a good way: modern and comfortable with a personal touch. I loved the endurance swimming topic of the decoration and was impressed by the story behind. The beds were comfortable, the technique (wifi, TV) did work and the kitchen was well equipped. The rooftop is absolutely stunning with a beautiful view at the coastline and the location! When it's getting hot, you'll find an outdoor shower and a sun shade. There is also plants, different outdoor furniture, lights and a barbecue, so that you have everything for a perfect evening in the sunset. What else can I say? If there is any question, Anna and Montserrat will answer quickly and absolute friendly. When Anna heard of the airport strike, which also affected us, she was very helpful. Thanks to both of you! You are wonderful women!!!

Beautiful location right by the sea. We were 6 people and the space was excellent for that. Super spacious roof terrace that we have used nicely. In short, we enjoyed the location for a week The host had his things in order and communicated clearly and kindly. Recommended.

Everything went perfectly, we appreciated the possibility of self-service access, we had a big delay in arrival, and we arrived at the place around the clock. The instructions were clear and accurate. Parking right in front of the house, the sea in sight, shops a few min. walk. We enjoyed the 3-hour ride on the beaches on horseback, the ranch is really close and we love the horses. Thanks for the dream come true.

Such a perfect spot right by the beach! Had such a lovely time. My only complaint (and this is definitely mostly personal preference and the fact that I’m pregnant) is that the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable for me. Everything else was wonderful!

We had a very nice stay and felt very comfortable. Apartment is stylishly furnished and corresponds to the photos as well as descriptions. In addition, it has a great location, just a few 100m from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Maxim and Akim are very friendly and welcomed us warmly and took a lot of time to explain everything to us in peace. Also during our stay they were always available and very helpful. Cozy and very clean apartment in the peaceful area just few minutes away from the promenade. The appartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, though having coffee and tea for the first day would be a nice bonus. The apartment was overall quiet as there are no neighbours above. As we visited Mallorca in December possibility to use AC as a heating was a real bonus, the apartment got warm quite fast. Xisco provided very clear instructions how to find a place, there was also a free private parking near the entrance, which was very convenient. We felt ourselves like at home, great experience, thanks!

We had an amazing week at the Airbnb and would absolutely recommend it! From the very beginning Luisa was incredibly friendly, helpful, and gave us plenty of great tips on what to do around the area, which made our stay even better. The apartment was exactly as described and we felt comfortable right away. Even when we accidentally locked ourselves out one day, Luisa was super kind and reachable by phone immediately, helping us out without any hesitation. We really appreciated the warm and easy communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would love to come back anytime!
