A very cozy place, well located, super flexible for check-in and check-out time and communication with Monica was excellent. My entrance was a little bumpy because we depend on someone from the neighbors to open the door for us, but if you coordinate well with her and you are punctual on your arrival, there should be no problems.

The house is very clean, nice and comes with everything you need if you want to cook something, Sue was attentive to all the details even before she arrived with my family, she recommended places to buy local food and supermarkets in addition to the oxxo where you find almost everything, communication with her is very agile and she is a very friendly host! Definitely Sue's place is a good place to stay and I highly recommend it!

the house was to my liking, some cleaning issues but nothing serious, a spotlight was melted and I think that was important, because it was the one on the stairs. The house is just like the photos and description, it does not have air conditioning but we do not feel so hot (we visited in March week 1), the bathrooms clean, the kitchen with everything to prepare a meal, breakfast or dinner. The oven, the stove, the cooler all in good condition. Gonzalo was always super on the slope and the area is very quiet, it is a very large fractionation and there are few occupied houses, which makes it very quiet, the pool is large, ideal for children and adults. My stay was safe. In the corner passes the collective that takes you to the center of Puebla and is the same one that is taken back. To go to downtown Cuautlancingo if you like to walk you can do it quietly, there are also taxis at a very low cost. The entrance to the hospice is beautiful!!
