Our stay at this apartment was excellent. Everything was in perfect condition, clean and well-equipped. Surroundings is quiet and ideal for unwinding. Also, the hosts were very friendly and always helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

We were 11 people and had a very pleasant week in the house on the Bodden. Arrangements with Jan were uncomplicated in advance and on site. We particularly liked the beautiful view of the water, the large garden, the living area, the tranquility during the day and at night and the sauna house. You can go to Greifswald very well by bike. Also towards the west is a good tour via Gristow and then (on the water long) to Stahlbrode. You can eat very well in Gristow at "De Fischer and be Fru". Bathing is not recommended directly at the property because of seagrass (better in Wampen or in the Tremt). The boat is ok but only transporting to the water with several strong people.

We had a perfect holiday here with our small dog. The property was completely fenced, which is of course very important with a dog. The private garden was already very large. In addition, there was a huge communal garden. Also, we had a beautiful view of the lake. A dream. Despite this quiet location in the middle of nature, you were in Binz within a few minutes. And had all the possibilities here. All other places were also easily accessible. However, you should not do without a car in this situation. The amenities of the house were really great. Absolutely nothing was missing from the kitchen. The house is very cozily furnished and we felt very comfortable here. The contact with the host was always very nice and you got a very quick response. So I can only give around five stars. We hope to come back soon.😊

We were in the property for my mother's 60th birthday with the whole family (9 adults, 4 children, a baby and 2 dogs) and rented all four apartments. All apartments are incredibly lovingly and nicely decorated, we all felt very comfortable. The apartments are clean and really everything you need was available. Michaela was always easily accessible and friendly and helpful at all times. We would definitely recommend this place!

We immediately felt very comfortable in Achim's accommodation. Everything is decorated with love and very cozy, perfect for a family holiday over the Christmas days. You definitely need a car, because supermarkets, shops, excursion destinations etc. can only be reached in this way, but we knew that before. We were particularly enthusiastic about the living area with the fireplace and the bedrooms on the upper floor, which are super nice and cozy. It even prepared a small Christmas tree with lighting on the terrace, and glowing stars hung in the trees, which made the Christmas mood perfect. Oven and stove were very suitable for cooking food for the whole family because of the size. The sauna was also popular on the cold winter days and rounded it all off. Achim responded directly to questions, requests or comments, and was always easily accessible. We would definitely come back! Thanks a lot! :)

We had a lovely stay. The area's nature is beautiful and the accommodations were just as described. I recommend booking directly through their website (Mönchgut Living & Spa) to avoid the extra fees here. The wifi connection was a bit slow it you are planning on streaming a movie or TV show, but otherwise okay. Prepare to drive by car if you want to go to a cafe or restaurant. There's really nothing around that you can easliy walk to, especially in the off season since some places close until Spring/Summer.

We stayed at the place for 4 days and we didn't miss anything. The place is super central in Binz. Everything was very clean and the equipment of the kitchen (incl. Dishwasher and microwave) a dream that we experience in very few apartments. Hosts are very kind and flexible. We had requested a crib and not only got that, but also a cute children's towel, children's cutlery and a high chair. This is just a great service. Definitely recommend!
