Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Udine

Great place in a great location in Lignaro. Gabriella was great to communicate with and available to answer any questions. Really enjoyed our stay.

We (2 adults) traveled with 2 toddlers, and the place was perfect for us. Everything (ice cream places, restaurants, beach, playgrounds, grocery stores) are within a few minutes walking, and the apartment is spacious and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

The apartment has every comfort, was extremely neat and is well located. There were more than enough towels, soap, etc. The air conditioning works fine and it is a good bed. Everything is nearby : bar, cafe, takeaway, supermarket, bakery and the beach.

We are very happy to have found the place. Marco was always available and helped us with all questions.

Mauro was a perfect host, friendly and helpful, the accommodation is very clean and functional, equipped with all comforts, independent entrance, bookshelf available for guests and large garden. The beautiful sea is not far, reachable by car, public transport or on foot. I recommend staying at Mauro's.

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

A large and spacious house, suitable for families or groups of friends, it was clean,the owner was friendly, he answered all questions immediately. I definitely recommend it, we will go back there again

This is a good choice for a self-catering option with walkable (5-10 mins) access to one of the fewer sandy beach areas of northern Italy. The suburbs are quiet and picturesque with easy access to a range of restaurants and a large local supermarket. The property was secluded and on-site parking felt secure. The outside dining area is around the corner from the front entrance and overlooked by the property above, which meant we chose to eat indoors. This is undoubtedly a mainstream Italian seaside resort and has the typical beaches with rows of private sun loungers with only a narrow strip of public area at the sea edge (in the area nearest to this property). Weekends are very busy. We explored the nearby nature reserves and mountains by car (and bikes for rental in places) in the daytime, returning for a sea swim at the end of the afternoon when the crowds had thinned out. Water very warm in August! It may sleep 6 or more which made it less value for money for us as a family of only 4 but that was our choice. Larger groups should be aware that the hot water tank is very small and would stretch to cover many showers before emptying.

House is very nice bigger than expected. Area is not in the center so it is quite. Equipped with everything we needed. Communication with owner very quick. Dogfriendly place! House was later ready than check in time

The house was clean and we got what we could see in the pictures; it was comfortable for 6 adults and 5 children. The beach is close, but own parasol cannot be used; you need to rent in case you need shadow. Alternatively, you can find open beach in the city, but that is not within walking distance unfortunately. Teresa is helpful, but she is not English speaker. Fortunately, one of our friends knew both Italian and German, otherwise communication would have been a bit difficult. Overall, we had a great time, I can recommend the accommodation to others.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

Very good location, everything you need is nearby. Max is very nice and also responds very quickly to questions. The garage is a little small so more suitable for smaller cars. The climate is only in the upper part of the apartment, but that is sufficient. All in all, a good place to stay!

Everything was in order, good accommodation, fully equipped, close to the beach. Parking spot, on the other hand, is hard to find all over Grado

We immediately had a great time since arrival, the apartment was clean and hospitable, equipped with everything you need for our stay, parking in front of the house, with an exceptional fishmonger next door. The area is quiet and relaxing, they were all very kind and courteous, making us feel really at home. We were very sorry to leave, but we will definitely come back to say hello to the Fisherman's Village!

Great location, very pretty, clean apartment with everything you need for a Grado vacation.

We had a lovely time at Ericas apartment. We travelled with dog and child and therefore the location was great, it is not direct in the center, but really close to the beach and has everything one needs and the balcony is very large and nice. The toys in the children's room were a nice touch. Comunication via message was easy and she was always available in case we needed something. Thank you for everything!

We had very nice days in Luigina's apartment. She is an extremely friendly and warm woman. For our family, the layout was perfect. The amenities were modern and suitable for the stay. Location was perfect for us! We would definitely come back!
