Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Amazing stay, would highly recommend

Don't hesitate to book! We loved the apartment more than expected - after walking a few days on the St. Francis Way, Piediluco was a perfect place to spend a rest day. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner at home after visiting the small grocery a half block away. The location three floors up was very peaceful with fantastic views over the lake and we watched the Olympic rowers go by from the balcony - the street below would likely be bustling had it not been off-season. We also enjoyed the hike to a nearby castle. Would love to visit again!

A very quiet and tranquil location yet still only a short walk to the sites. Cecile was always quick to respond to any questions I had. It was a great location from which to explore Viterbo and the surrounding area and then also have some quiet time. I recommend this place.

We had a great time! The location is excellent as it is close to a lot of great sights. The house is beautiful and very quiet. Adelaide is a wonderful host responding fastly and always friendly. Highly recommended!

it was the vacation I expected. Absolute tranquility. I recommend it to those who, like me, love to stay away from the chaos of the city and love the countryside. Great location for those who have a dog. Huge stretches of fields where our friends can run without danger. I hope to come back soon

I was looking for a place where I could unwind, read, and enjoy a relaxed morning coffee. Cristina and Enrico’s place did not disappoint. Stunning views in every direction, and the terrace is the perfect spot to relax. The kitchen makes you want to cook, and the neighborhood is friendly and helpful. Also Cristina and Enrico were so helpful, recommending great bars, restaurants and activities, and they were always available. Would come back anytime!

Very nice and well cared for place, the house is in excellent condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

It was a real pleasure staying in the beautiful farmhouse in Franco, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Live is even better than the photo! Franco was very helpful and welcomed us by making us feel at home. Truly a nice place where we'd love to come back!

Upon entry, you immediately realize you are stepping into someplace truly special. The entryway and staircase have been carefully renovated, giving an authentic, powerful sense of history and space. This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

Wonderful apartment, Marta had turned on the radiators from the morning and made us find the apartment warm, clean and cozy. The value is great considering the time of year. A large apartment, also great for spending time and smart working, the wifi works very well. Great location, above the Market Square and a stone's throw from the cathedral. Restaurants are also good in the immediate vicinity.

Fabulous place to stay for 2 nights during our Italian road trip. From start to finish everything was perfect. Communication was excellent and directions were great. We parked safely just nearby. The apartment was very very nice! Spotlessly clean and very comfortable..best nights sleep of my trip so far! A short stroll to the lake and restaurants etc where you can sit and relax with the locals. A very special place to relax and unwind. No hesitation in recommending this gorgeous spot to you all.

Antonella’s apartment is well located and spacious. Antonella greeted us and saved a parking space near the apartment. We were delayed by traffic by a few hours and she was very kind and flexible about meeting us upon arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and thoughtfully supplied for guests. The apartment is in the walking area of Orvieto which was very quiet at the end of January. I would recommend staying with Antonella to anyone who wants a great apartment with an attentive host.

What an absolutely beautiful home on a beautiful property. Ricardo is lovely and helpful and friendly, and I would recommend this place highly to anyone. The interior of the house is spectacular, and lovely big windows. It was also nice and warm in the winter.

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

I had a great stay at Antonio and Sabrina's Gigli del Belvedere. They are two exquisite people who love what they do and who go to great lengths to give guests everything they need. In their property I celebrated my birthday and could not wish for better: a breathtaking location with a view of the enchanting lake of Bolsena. The villa is truly cared for in every detail and this makes it extraordinary and unique. I'll definitely be back to have happy moments with them!

Simona and her sisters were fantastic! From the second we booked they ensured we were set up to have a fantastic trip! Simona even helped us out the first night we got there as we arrived late and most restaurants were closed- she prepared a delicious freezer lasagna meal for us that everyone enjoyed. Simona helped us to schedule transportation throughout our stay and Clara was there at check-in to ensure we settled in ok! The home is STUNNING and we had the best time.

We loved Sabrina's place! The house was beautiful and property was so peaceful. Everything was like the pictures, plenty of space for 6 of us (4 adults + 2 children). Sabrina gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do that were a short drive into town, and she was extremely responsive via whats app for our other questions throughout our stay. We did a day trip into Montepulciano - 1.5 hr drive away so very conveniently located. Would love to be able to stay here again if we make it back to Italy!

Andrea's house is even more beautiful than in the photos. We had a wonderful weekend in a spacious villa of very recent renovation with bright windows (equipped with mosquito nets!), a relaxing patio and a bucolic garden with direct access to the lake. We relaxed on the loungers to listen to the water thaw. The interior is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very modern and equipped with everything. Andrea was extremely helpful with all kinds of times and tips. The house was extra clean and the beds were very comfortable. Discovering the beauty of the lake and its surroundings was a surprise. We will definitely be back!

Beautifully spacious house. Nicely decorated. Warm in winter due to heating and wood stove. Only the kitchen inventory still needs some attention😉. The area is beautiful and super quiet. Lovely terraces. And many interesting excursions in the area possible. Great to walk to the high town (over half an hour).

Nicokai was one of the best hosts I've had so far. He was always available and took care of problems immediately (e.g. the pool was full of leaves and insects after a storm, whereupon he initiated a pool cleaning directly upon request). The house was really very nice and we felt very comfortable with our group of 6. Shopping is also provided, although about 15 minutes away by car, the supermarket was perfectly equipped and very well placed in terms of value for money. I would book this place again anytime - a clear recommendation!
