We could not recommend this place ENOUGH! It’s fantastic. Our kids enjoyed sledding and making a snowman in the front garden then warming up in the hot tub! Beautiful town but extremely quiet for middle of February. If that’s your vibe + being close to great skiing, then book this place right now! Plan to come back again!

We had a great time over the winter holidays in this beautiful historical building in the heart of Parma. The house was clean and warm and has amazing spaces. Adriano was a great host, he explained in great detail the history of the building and its surroundings and gave us some good advice in events happening in the city. The only improvements I would suggest are: some extra (or new) pillows for the beds, a renovation of the first floor lighting (lights are quite low and bright) and perhaps a larger/comfier sofa for the living room. Overall we had a great experience!

Magnificent historic place, superb host: Caterina always looked out for us, communication was very fast and she is wonderful,without stress,but always ready to help us. At our arrival we were struck by the beautiful area of the house, which is surrounded by hill views. The appartment was extremely tidy and smelled fresh. The appartment offers plenty of space, the kitchen is sufficient for home-cooked meals. Our little one of 2,5 years old had plenty of space to play around. One of the rooms is perfect for children. The outside terrace was also quite nice. The Parma area is perfectly located if you plan to visit several major cities (most within 2 hours drive) such as Milan, Verona, Bologna and Modena. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at the house with our three kids (8 year old boy and 6 year old twins). The house is clean and the bedrooms are very spacious. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and adored the terrace and its magnificent view and the kids enjoyed the toys. You can enjoy the privacy of the terrace and garden, although it is good to know that it is not directly attached to the house. You need to pass the parking space (where our kids loved to play in the shadows) and neighboring houses to reach it. This didn't bother us, but it is a good thing to know. The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved that it cooled off during the night. It's perfect for those loving the nature and quiet and don't mind driving to reach other points of interest. Finally: very accommodating hosts who were very proactive and had a big list of things to see and do in the area. Thank you, Paolo!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A very original and thoughtfully designed cabin in beautiful nature. Although there was some issue with the electricity, we managed to resolve it with Alessandro, so in the end, everything worked out, and I enjoyed my short stay here.

Great location for a great price! Her apartment looks just like the pictures- even bigger in person. We loved the location- it was close to the train and all the sights. She was very communicative and responded quickly.

We stayed with two people, we had a great time, a quiet area near supermarkets, pharmacy and leisure activities, near the Carabinieri station, a great location for the main communication routes. Clean place with everything you need to feel at home. We'll definitely be back

Newly renovated two-story house, all brand new, super clean and tidy. In a quiet and quiet area. Parking space inside the courtyard is very useful. Denis host friendly, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

I came back for the second time and I can only confirm everything good I had already tried. The apartment matches the description and photos, maybe live it is even better. The kitchen is very well equipped and also perfect for medium-long stays. Kind and friendly host, and very clean and well-kept apartment. the condominium context is stately and well cared for, the neighborhood full of commercial activities including 3 supermarkets within walking distance. Finally, easy parking and proximity to the ring road and highway are definitely a plus. very satisfied

I was attending a course close by (Forma Futuro) so Maria’s apartment was a very convenient 12min walk to the school. This would have to be best host I have ever had on AirBnB. From when Maria met us at the door to when she made a point to say goodbye when we left very early morning. The food & drink provided in the refrigerator and also for breakfast was like nothing I have seen before . Incredible generosity with wonderful & delicious food & treats. But it doesn’t stop there - bathroom fully supplied with wonderful soaps, shampoo etc ….. Maria isn’t lying when she says to just bring your toothbrush! Apart from towels, there were also beautiful bathrobes. The bed was so comfortable and my only regret was that I didn’t have more time to enjoy relaxing more in the apartment. Grazie mille Maria!

Great stay in a great, modern and spacious apartment with a great, large terrace on the 5th floor with a view. We liked the apartment very much, was nice and well equipped. There is ample parking and downtown is within walking distance. Vincenzo welcomed us nicely and explained everything. We recommend this apartment 100% and would book again. A special plus is the reading lamp in the living area. Thank you for everything.

Paola's home had everything you required for our short stay. There is a small supermarket 300m away, and 2 buses that allowed us to easily get into Parma city. Paola was a great host, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and answered any queries we had. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to be a short distance to the city.

Assunta and Ivan's place is very special. You built this house for two from wood, straw and clay, really impressive. It is very quiet and generous, I recovered very well there. There is no internet and no TV, which I found very pleasant. The two are super friendly and helpful, but discreet. I was allowed to come to her son's pizzeria, the best pizza I've eaten in decades. We also went to yoga together. I am more than happy to recommend the place. You usually need a car.
