Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Ravenna

Francesco was a great host, very responsive and helpful.

We stayed here for our Ironman 70.3 and it was a 15 minute drive and an 11 minute cycle from the transition and the start line.

We had a pleasant stay at Teresa's ☺️ The apartment is conveniently located, a few meters from the promenade and the waterfront, and about 1/2 hour walk to the beautiful little port and all its restaurants. All amenities are there, the bedding is good. Teresa is very responsive and even remotely, we found a solution for our somewhat late arrival. There is a concierge and the guards are very nice and discreet. There is a bike rental shop downstairs from the building and a huge parking lot where there is always room; it is paid for most of the time but we were lucky that our parking is free for the time of our vacation. We loved our few days there! Cervia is a good seaside town and Teresa is very accommodating! We highly recommend it!

The apartment is very good, beautiful and large terrace, in the shade in the morning. The environment is very quiet during the day and lively in the evening (cinema, flea market...). Very good pizza just at the bottom of the building and a very good ice cream parlor at the end of the street 200 m away. Beautiful and large beach a 3 min walk away. Restaurants, cocktails... all along. Small path along the beach for walking or cycling. Air conditioning is essential and highly appreciated as well as private parking which is really a significant plus. The listing is located on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. Bed linen and plenty of towels are available. The host is very responsive if you need him, or just to ask a question. We will definitely be back.

Perfect apartment. Beach 5 min walk, with several bathrooms, in addition to the free beach. An added value is the pool, although we used it little since we always found good weather. Inside everything is as pictured and described, tidy and clean. The host is always extremely responsive in communications, kind and available even before our arrival. I'd love to come back.

Marco greeted us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of fabulous oil! We were impressed by the excellent basic assortment of the house: detergents for cleaning the house and for the washing machine, coffee, salt, oil, breakfast cookies... products that are usually not included, in addition to the fresh water in the refrigerator... these are the details that make a difference! We had a great time, comfortable services and sea, many tips provided by Marco on restaurants and shops in the area and of course as a great plus the parking space. We recommend Marco's apartment and hope to come back again next year!

We spent three weeks there. Great neighborhood for long walks on the beach, or by the lake with flamingos. Amazing sunsets. Super empty in March and there is often a sense of total privacy. The apartment is very comfortable, there is a super convenient parking space at the exit door of the apartment, which makes it very easy to move things. The apartment is comfortable and as described. The owner – Eleonora – very kind, friendly, gives a lot of advice about the area, as well as taking great care of our well-being during the stay. She was interested in whether we were missing anything, responded to every request, and I can tell from experience that she is a very verbal and responsible person! Thank you so much for opening your place to us and we'd love to come back! We recommend it wholeheartedly!

My fiancé & I traveled to Cervia for holiday and felt right at home in Davide’s rental. The kitchen was well equipped to cook as we desired and the privacy shutters were quite pleasant to keep light out if we wanted. Being close to restaurants, the beaches, and shops made going out easy and fun. We loved the simplicity, design & decor inside and would stay again if we decided to return.

First the property. It's perfect. Spacious kitchen, good facilities, nice living area, downstairs bathroom, all clean and well maintained. Upstairs a double bed and ensuite with plenty of space for changing. Towels were plentiful and very soft. Everything we wanted was provided plus a bottle of wine We chose this location to be near the beach and via the footpath behind the garden you could walk to the beach in 10 minutes. On the way you would pass the local supermarket, a couple of local bars and some restaurants. I would recommend the Osteria Moricone, where the food was excellent. Additionally, the bus stop for going to the city is right at the end of the footpath and for a couple of euros, you can be in the city in less than 15 minutes. Finally, I have to say what a super host Vittorio was. From the moment we booked he couldn't have been more helpful. Answered any question very quickly and offered us a taxi service there and back. He chauffered us back to the station personally.

First time on Airbnb, 2 wonderful weeks thanks to Gianni's place, a very kind and super helpful person. Great location, we never touched the cars that were comfortably parked inside. Spacious house very well equipped. Great place for anyone, we had a great time with grandparents and three girls!

We stayed there with our three children in April. Very easy to park and access the apartment. Everything you need to stay there is there. The apartment looked bigger in the photos but it is quite spacious and comfortable for a family of five (two nights). The apartment was very clean and modern in terms of equipment. A quick tip: improve the coffee machine😊. Host was very responsive and understanding. Thank you!

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were, very pleased and would come back.
