Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Pavia

We had a wonderful stay in Sant'Andrea and Gabriel's house is super - comfortable, homely with everything you could want, a lovely terrace, ootdoor seating areas and a fantastic swimming pool. Alex and his Mum are super hosts. The area is spectacular with hills covered with vines and pretty villages. The agriturismo Tra Il Filali, 10 minutes walk in the next hamlet has an excellent restaurant and produces delicious rose and red wines. There's a market on Tuesday and Friday mornings in Acqui Terme and a good deli and bakeries there too.

in a small village very close to Pavia we found 'Villa Camilla'. Structure surrounded by greenery, bordered by a forest with a wonderful pool, bars and several amenities. All managed by a wonderful person, Maria, the owner, who immediately put us at ease and made us feel part of her family. I celebrated my birthday there for 4 days, and it was wonderful. Thanks to Maria's hospitality and kindness, and of course to my partner and friends. Highly recommended place! We'll definitely be back

Our stay in Cà del Monte was super pleasant, it was really like feeling at home. The host is available for any eventuality or for any need. I have to admit that Airbnb use it little for fear of taking scams, but in this case it would have been a shame not to know about this fantastic place. We'll look for a few more opportunities to go for a few walks and a few more nights in the middle of nature. Very satisfying. Look for it on IG: _ca_del_mon_ You'll have a greater view of this magical place. 🥰

An incredible host. Always present when needed, is interested in the good of visitors and very accommodating. A very quick response from them if there's anything else you need. As for the house, She is very friendly quite quiet and easy to find. Comfortable bed for me with a small mosquito net. Neighbors are nice. For my part, I found this place at the last minute and absolutely do not regret it.

The house is wonderful. The spacious spaces furnished with a unique and impeccable style by Bela and her husband are all livable, warm and familiar as I have rarely found. 8 fully satisfied guests. Great breakfast. Host Bela is available but not intrusive a really nice person. Very positive experience. Highly recommended

We spent New Year's Eve with 11 people. The house is super spacious, with a large room with a fireplace where you can spend some very pleasant moments together. Refurbished kitchen and great for cooking for large groups. Outdoors there is a large garden with a beautiful area for alfresco and barbecue lunches. Super helpful host. Really great location of the house.

Very nice and comfortable apartment to easily reach the center of Pavia on foot. Quiet area, limited parking but we always found a place for the car. The balcony overlooking Ticino is wonderful. The only thing we would have liked to find would have been shower products, we only had soap. But nothing that has negatively affected our stay. It would be nice to come back during our next stay in Pavia.

Great location at the center of the town. Everything was very clean. Lieto gave me a lot of information about the town and was always very helpful ☺️

Lello's place was nice and clean, had no issues, had everything we needed and was perfect for us, Wi-Fi was good, parking was nice and easy and had no issues accessing the property.

I stayed to attend a training course in both April and May. Everything corresponds to what is indicated on the site. Located in a wonderful context, quiet, cared for and in the middle of greenery, the apartment is very clean, comfortable, bright, really welcoming. Alessandro was very kind, helpful and immediate in responding to our requests. If I had to go back to the area, I would contact you right away.

We've booked this airbnb as we were attending a wedding nearby. Andrea welcomed us and made us feel right at home. On top of that he gave us a good restaurant recommendation where we could eat late at night. 👌🏻 It's a quiet area and you have all the necesseties in the house including a washing machine and stuff to iron. We didn't have time to try out the pool unfortunately but it looked relly nice. :)

we stayed in 10 guys for New Year's Eve , the house is spacious and cozy. House clean and equipped with every comfort. The host and collaborators were extremely kind and helpful.

We're three adult couples, each with three kids a year. The spacious, tidy and clean structure has allowed us to spend a week in total relaxation and well-being. We were greeted by the keeper Niku, who was available, also offering us vegetables from his garden. The villa is composed on the ground floor: a large, well-decorated living room with fireplace, a dining room with a long wooden table, a half bathroom, and a very large and equipped kitchen with everything you need. The upper floor has two large bedrooms, well isolated from each other with private bathrooms. In the garden there is an annex, used as a bedroom with bathroom. Outside there is a gazebo with a table where you can have breakfast, lunch and be in company looking at the view. Long and comfortable pool. Equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. In conclusion, we found everything in order, cared for and clean. Villa on top of a hill in the vineyards. Despite the heat, the weather was ventilated and cool.

Together with the group of friends, we had a good time and were well received. Great experience, we'll probably do it again!

Family and friends' New Year's Eve and Night! We were greeted with the fireplace on and had a serene evening. Elisa has satisfied all our requests in a kind and punctual way. The garden is really well cared for, lit and perfect for our German shepherd...everything is fantastic!

Very beautiful villa, looks like in the pictures- or even better in real live. There's not much to do in the village, but that was also not what we expected. Martina & her team shared some recommendations for restaurants and wineries in the area. We stayed there for 3 nights end of September and it was quote fresh during the night. She brought us some extra blankets the other day. We would had to pay extra €100 for the garbage collection, in our opinion, is a very high fee to only collect garbage of a 3-day-stay. But all in all, we had a great time at Martina's and enjoyed our girls trip to the fullest.

my family and I had a fantastic 10 days at the villa, enjoying the amazing pool, which was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The villa was spacious with all the amenities. We were given plenty of helpful local recommendations and any questions asked were promptly answered. A great place to stay.

Perfect and beautiful house in lovely landscape. Ideal for a couple days of hideaway and relaxing. Bear in mind that there are not many sights close by - however, this means that there are not many tourists in the area. Absolutely recommend!

We had a lovely week here. The house and surroundings where even better IRL than the pictures showed. A big house with amazing views of the surrounding landscape. The pool also had a great view and although close to the road, felt very private. The house worked really well for 2 families. The free wine was amazing, what a service! :) Our local contact, Matteo Piccinini, was very quick to get in contact with and also gave us suggestions for things to do in the area. All in all a great location and a beautiful house!
