Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

Located in the old city, convenient and evocative location. Very clean and thoughtful apartment, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a stay of any duration. Communication with the host is efficient and without problems. We will definitely be back!

Debora's farmhouse is beautiful, it has a beautiful view, on the clearest days you can see from the Sibillini Mountains to Gran Sasso and the entire Val d 'Orcia. The interior is very welcoming and Debora as an attentive guest has equipped it with everything you can need for the people you welcome, you feel truly welcomed and pampered. She was very kind and very helpful. We were with friends and our respective dogs. For them it was a wonderful experience, they had available in addition to a house that quietly accepted them, even a beautiful fenced ground and outside it, a space as far as the eye can run free and happy. In the morning, despite being December, we always enjoyed a beautiful sunrise. The location in which it is located has allowed us to easily visit many villages and cities and finally we also relaxed at the thermal baths that are very close to the farmhouse. It‘s a wonderful and quiet place, something we really needed and enjoyed! It‘s really well equipped, clean and super cozy! Mattia and his sweet family are really friendly & he was immediately there when we had a little problem! The check-in and check-out was really easy. Thank you very much for a wonderful vac 🤗

Luca was so great have us great recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. It’s well situated to take day trips to different villages in the area as well as hot springs and hikes! The home is cozy and perfect for our family of 6. Can’t wait to come back and visit more

The house was a lovely spot for our time in Tuscany, just the right size for two people. It has a nice view of the hills, which made the terrace a pleasant place to relax. The home itself is cozy and well-kept. Our host was helpful and quick to respond to any questions, which we appreciated. It’s a good option for anyone looking for a peaceful base in the Tuscan countryside without too many frills :)

We had a great time at Marco's apartment. It is very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need, even when traveling with a toddler. Nearby, you can find everything you need, from shops and restaurants to a laundromat. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, with many destinations easily accessible in a short time. We spent a dreamlike month there and would return anytime!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The apartment is great. You get a great view of val d’Orcia with Pienza and Montepulciano in lights in the distance at night. Giada’s parents were so nice. They gave us tomatoes, and peppers from their garden, olive oil of their own production and wine. It is walking distance from the grocery store and the old town of San Quirico d’Orcia (which is the perfect balance of tourist friendly while still feeling like a real place). The kitchen is workable which is nice when in Tuscany. Giada welcomed us and provided us with great recommendations. You can easily drive to Montalcino and Montepulciano. I would book again any day.

We are traveling around Tuscany and Anna’s place was a favorite! She’s a true gem. She was helpful with all of our questions and very warm and kind. We followed her recommendations in all the surrounding towns and were delighted with every meal. The apartment is truly special with an incredible view. The location could not be better. I don’t know what I was expecting, but the view brought immediate tears to my eyes. The place is so cool! Make sure to look in the closet! We will make another trip and will make a point of staying here! Anna, you’re the best!!!

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

Paolo is a great host and his place is first class. He met us at check in, explained everything about the apartment, and had good recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. A 5 minute drive from town it is in a very peaceful location with nice views of the countryside and easy parking. It was perfect for making short day trips to many of the surrounding beautiful walled villages of Tuscany, and was the perfect setting to come back to at the end of the day. The apartment has very comfortable beds and is beautifully furnished. My wife and I found this a perfect place for our 5 days of exploring the beauty of Tuscany. Highly recommend.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Montealcino is a beautify location and the house was also very tidy and clean. Each room had its own bathroom and it also offered a beautiful outdoor patio setting with a spectacular outlook

The environment is very good and the interior of the apartment is also very beautiful and clean, it will go again!But for the first time, the hotel is on the hill, so it is not easy to find the location clearly, and you need to pay attention to the intersection when driving.

Gorgeous, warm, and welcoming place to stay just outside of the old city. Beautiful views of Tuscany from all the glass windows in the home. Extremely clean. Easy parking. Cozy fire and homemade cake waiting for us upon arrival. The only discrepancy was the hot tub pictured in the listing was not available, and it would have been nice to know that before we made the reservation. Overall, an incredible stay and we look forward to coming to stay again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay! So peaceful with incredible views, I slept better than I have done in years and we were so grateful for Luigi restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The beach at the national park was amazing and we loved the thermal baths- remember to take off silver jewellery though! Location fantastic and we would love to return one day. A very big thank you!

We had a large group who needed a booking for 14 in the Tuscan hills. We found the perfect place! Everyone couple had their own private bedrooms, with their own private bathrooms and TVs and cool air conditioning in every room. The pool was pristine clean, the eating areas were fantastic for large style family dinners. Now to mention the property managers, Mirella, Livorio and their lovely puppy Oscar. These are some of the kindest, most genuine people we have ever met. They were there anytime we needed something, maintained the place meticulously, and were not intrusive of our stay in the slightest. It was such a pleasure for our group to spend time at this property, we would highly recommend it and return when we can! Short drives to multiple small towns, all with their own character and cuisine. Overall an excellent stay.

We had a lovely holiday at Lorenzo's, there was quick communication and hassle-free flexible check-in. The house is well equipped , the shower overlooking the garden is unique. We really enjoyed the hot tub and were able to relax superbly. Emma was very comfortable in the beautiful garden. We recovered very well, there was nothing missing, we recommend this accommodation.

Our family had a really great time at Giuseppe’s Villa. Check in with Giulia was smooth and easy. We appreciated the Prosecco and delicious fruit crostata when we arrived. The Villa is beautifully decorated, and has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Not forgetting to mention the comfortable size pool, beautiful location, and views. This home can be great for families that want to spend time together, but can also enjoy some privacy when needed, as the upstairs and downstairs are like two apartments- each have a living room, kitchen, and dining areas. Giulia and Giuseppe were great hosts, very communicative and responsive. We really felt they wanted to make sure we were having a great stay. We would love to stay here again in the future. Holiday week with friends and family of pure relaxation. The home met expectations, spacious, and clean. Sea a few kilometers easily accessible, with few people and spacious beaches. The pool is the cigliegina on the cake, allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation, even with 7 children. Maurizio Host very helpful. Recommended vacation.

Absolutely amazing place with stunning views! Riccardo is very helpful, helped us with recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate Christmas as a big family. Looks much better than on the photos, very spacious, kitchen is well equipped, we had everything we needed, for all age groups. Highly recommend, worth the money! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
