Gianmaria & family's home is wonderful. Very warm people who are so responsive & efficient. The home has so many professional touches that it feels more like hotel standard luxury, e.g. USB phone charger, range of duvets/linen/pillows to suit your preference, plenty of towels etc. The whole place is very clean. As per all previous reviews, we would highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment is super, private and although it is located up a very busy road, there is not a sound in the apartment. The climate is great because of the air conditioning. The small garden is lovely, and you turn down the umbrella, you have sun most of the day, shared with the apartment next door. It is about 1 km to the beach. Lovely with an enclosed farm out to the road, especially if there are children with us. We were super happy with the place, also with communication with the owner👌

Angelica's place is really nice, clean and central. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Mario’s place is great and Desenzano on Lake Garda is beautiful, we loved this more than the others Italian lakes. Mario couldn’t be more helpful as he constantly considered our daily needs and updates on markets and places of interest. Mario was most generous as he left us wine and coffee, lollies and biscuits . Having a large lounge room and outdoor balcony to relax was so helpful on a busy holiday. The towels were professionally cleaned and the linen was very good quality. A wonderful stay.

Perfect location, right in the historical center. Marina was very attentive and helpful.

This was our second time in this lovely apartments and we hope to come back again! A squeaky clean home, well organized, on a quiet road near the pedestrian area. Everything to feel right at home. Guests should plan a grocery trip (many options within easy walking distance) to get their coffee/tea essentials, but for the hosts left a couple coffee pods for the guests, so you can do that after settling in. Great for a family with young children as there is only a few steps to the elevator, the AC and other appliances worked perfectly, and the space has absolutely no clutter. Well sized bedrooms, a comfortable large bathroom, a nice living and dining space, lots of space. A nice patisserie right in front of the house for your morning (opens at 7am) croissant needs. The hosts were very kind to provide us with a baby crib and chair just as we needed. Excellent location, easy walking distance to anywhere in the city, beautiful for moving around on a bike. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. Very nice swimming pool and private and quiet location. Plenty of parking although we did not have a car. Supermarket is nearby and only a short walk which was very handy. Communication with staff was efficient and everyone very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the apartment to other families.

We had a great stay with our 2 kids. The farm is in a quiet location about 15 minutes from the lake, so you can retreat and recover from the too touristy drift. The garden is very spacious and you have space for all kinds of activities or to lie in the sun. The apartments themselves are very spacious and have everything you need. The contact was great, very friendly and accommodating and always available.

A special place with amazing gardens and silence. It is only remote from the towns full of life, but if it were close to them it would not have this charm.

Piervinceenzo's place was extremely comfortable, large room with a outside terrace, we'll appointed kitchen we could have easily stayed there at least a week instead of two days. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning a holiday in Casalmaggiore.

We stayed in this beautiful house for a few days outside the door during New Year's Eve, we immediately had a great time and we liked the house both for the cleanliness and for the interior layout, and for the location (close to Desenzano and Sirmione). Quiet area, perfect home, respectful host, friendly and absolutely available. We'll definitely consider a return

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. There is everything you need for everyday use. However, the house is very noisy. We were lucky with our neighbors, everything was nice people. It is a little away from the village, you definitely need the car for shopping. But you also have peace and quiet, except for the nearby highway. We'd book it again. We enjoyed it there.

We found the apartment to be excellent. It is large, light, fully equipped, and very funky. A very comfortable stay indeed. But what made the stay most memorable was our interactions with Marvin (booking) and Marta (greeting). Ours was a last minute, somewhat desperate booking, and both of these people showed a great deal of understanding and patience. We were most appreciative of their help. The apartment has a good lift. A supermarket is about 200 metres away, and cafes are across the road. The foreshore is no more than a leisurely stroll of about 8 minutes. An real added plus is the free on premises parking. The Trattoria La Goccia, a bit out of town was a treat. La Terrazzina, on the Western side of Lake Garda, also.

Patrick was a great host. The apartment was nicely decorated and absolutely clean. We had a great terrace with nice loungers and a dining table. We arrived from afar and arrived a little too early,that wasn't a problem for him at all. He was always approachable and very friendly and accommodating! We will recommend the place and will definitely visit again.
