My experience in this house was absolutely perfect. The house was incredibly comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make our stay extremely pleasant. The rooms were spacious and extra clean, the cozy living room, and the well-equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the garden, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, providing all the necessary information for our arrival and recommending the best places to visit nearby. She promptly answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable vacation in Sardinia.

This place is highly recommended! Beautiful house, loads of comfortable details, calm area, very close to the beach! Perfect to stay if you rent a car and you make this place your base or if you like to have really peaceful days in a paradise. We were friends of 9 and the house and place matched our needs to have relaxed breakfasts on the terrace, sunbathe in the garden, go for a swim in the sea, whenever you feel like and to have cosy nights talking on the terrace. Kitchen had everything you need. Even a bbq in the garden. There are enough toilets and bathrooms for a bigger group. Plenty of towels also for the beach. Paola, Nikola and family are very helpful and fantastic hosts. Very flexible and lovely people. Communication and support during the stay are provided. This makes everything easy. I really would like to return soon again. It is a marvellous place with great hosts.

Alessia, Paulo and family were AMAZING!!! Their beautiful spirits and lovely recommendations were wonderful!!! They are the most welcoming hosts and the breakfasts are spectacular!!! Villa Hermosa absolutely lives up to its name. House and location - both are beautiful. The house has traditional charm and was well equipped for our family of 8: Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, spacious rooms with storage facilities, plenty of shower towels, a cozy living room with enough seating and a large dining table. (Great extra: The washing machine!) Most of the time we spent on the large terrace with the wonderful sea view or at the beach, which is 5-10 minutes walking distance diagonally below the house. The beach is located in a small bay, has a flat entry into the sea (ideal for kids) and two likeable beach bars with good snacks (one already closed at the end of September). The village of Torre delle Stelle has a handful of nice restaurants and two small supermarkets as well as a fish shop. In addition to a restaurant, these offers are not within walking distance. We enjoyed the holidays very much!

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

I don't think I could put into words how great everything was. The house was fantastic and Laura was so helpful. There is a beach so close that it was easy to wander up and down as we pleased. Location is great, you can get to some other lovely beaches in only a few mins by car and the closest town is only about 10-15 mins drive away to go shopping.

We had a fantastic stay at villa arenada for a few nights. The villa is absolutely stunning, a very luxurious place with more than everything you could need. The villa has the benefit of the resort (concierge service and daily room cleaning) we were able to order dinner to the via from the hotel restaurant which was a great addition. Edoardo was so helpful and always at the end of the phone, helping us sort out dinner etc. The villa is located a short drive from the resort in a private road with other villas although felt very secluded and private. There is a small town nearby (Pula) which had supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. Thank you for a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend.

My family and I had a great time. The house is beautiful and has no detail missing. We had up to extra towels for the pool and for the beach. The beds are super comfortable and the pool area became our favorite place in the house :) Gabriele was an excellent host - friendly, attentive, detailed and very flexible with check-in. Our flight was 4 hours late and we arrived early in the morning. Gabriele figured it out so we could get in and bought us basic things for breakfast. ¡5 star service!

Marcus Villa is a beautiful spot, the description in Airbnb is accurate and it was spotless clean. Due to the fact that we stayed in October, the surrounding was very peaceful, the ocean is a bit semi optimal for swimming in October but as you have the pool you don’t need to worry about that. The location itself is good to reach beautiful beaches. The host is super responsive. And even helped us to get a shuttle from the airport for €65 per way. We also were there with the camper 7 m length and could park it there. The kitchen is a dream, the two single beds are rather for kids than for adults. The outdoor shower is fantastic. Please ask the host for directions, because the address in Airbnb may seem correct but Google maps simply gives you the wrong directions to get there. You need to enter the gated community via a different entrance than Google shows you. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this wonderful villa ! Grazie Mille 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Sardinia! The house is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The host was extremely helpful and available to help us at all times. The location is perfect: A nice little beach is just 100 meters away, ideal for a quick jump into the sea. There are many stunning beaches in the area that can be reached within 10 to 20 minutes by car. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the charming town of Pula, which is only 10 minutes away. Here we were able to stroll wonderfully and enjoy the local cuisine. All in all, a fantastic place for a relaxing vacation. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

The accommodation is a real dream. The location & the views are breathtaking! The house is in the middle of the mountains and you have the unique opportunity to watch wildlife. For example, we could see a deer and wild boars. Some of the animals even came into the garden. That was absolutely impressive. The decor of the house is great. There is nothing missing in the kitchen and there is even a dishwasher. It was a really great stay

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago and returned because we enjoyed it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches... was again perfect.

The photos dont do the view justice. Amazing elevated location. Perfect location to head to the Chia beachs and beyond. Great wind all day with flow through doors/windows kept the place cool without needing the aircon. An excellent place to tour Sardinia from. Andrea the host was impeccable and I would airbnb with her anytime.

The villa is amazing! Looks even better than the pictures. Melisa was very helpful and responsive and quick to sort out any query we had. Could not recommend more!
