Provençal-style apartment nestled between the vineyard and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 from the highway. The singing of the acorn and cuckoo will be the soundtrack to the living room while the roe deer burn among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, cookies, etc.) is included, if you want to try one of the famous breakfasts prepared and served by Sandra, the cost is €10 per person (€6 at 15 years old)

Reached by a farm road through the Nipozzano vineyards. Take the panoramic walk up to the 11th century Castello, where you can taste the prestigious wines. Set within a cluster of self catering apartments in this restored farmhouse with pool. Offering one bedroom with en-suite bathroom this is our smallest apartment but still perfectly formed. There's a custom kitchen with marble counter top with french doors leading to a private flag stoned terrace. Feature exposed stone walls and hand made terracotta floors complete the rustic feel. The comfy sofa in the lounge can convert to a double bed with deep springy mattress.

Romantic cosy flat - Toscana Italy

Very quiet village, without shops but sometimes a baker, a haberdasher or a greengrocer come to the village and sell their products, as it used to be decades ago- nice experience! In front of the B&B you can see a small church from the end of the 1800s, with a bell tower. :)
