Lachonta was a great host. We were in town for my mother in laws memorial service. The house was very comfortable, had all that we needed and the lake view was wonderful! Would definite recommend!!

From the minute we pulled into the driveway, our family was highly impressed with the views from Kristen's home. We ended our 2023 summer with a bang. This beautiful home had everything you could ever need on vacation. We enjoyed the backyard with nightly fires. Our teen daughter rarely left the bunk house. We loved the fact that our own private beach was just a few steps away & the public beach was less than ten minutes away. The kids and adults enjoyed the beach trampoline. Kristen was delightful to deal with. She was a SUPER host. So many little details and extras she puts into her beach home. Already thinking of our next visit.

Tyler’s home is absolutely beautiful! Waking up to those ocean views was the highlight of my stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I would absolutely stay here again!

The hospitality provided was unmatched. The home was warm and cozy upon arrival and the perfect place to kick back and relax. The little morning treat upon checkout was a wonderful touch and a great way to end the trip and send us straight off to another one. Thank you Talita and Vinny for placing value in taking care of your guests. It surely does not go unnoticed. We would definitely come back, maybe for the summer next time!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Sheila’s cottage. It’s always a pleasant experience. Sheila is very responsive, and I’m highly satisfied with the cottage. It’s exactly as described, and everything worked flawlessly. I could not recommend this more highly.

Great spot right on the lake, it is really beautiful here! We got to walk the beautiful property, took the kayaks out for a quick trip around the lake, enjoyed the beach sitting and chatting with each other and it was close to Douglas Orchard and Farm where we were visiting family for a wedding! We would happily come again! The wood burning stove also kicks when you get it going!

Essays have never been a strong skill of mine, so please excuse my bluntness. Prudence Island is not for everyone. It is however for me and my family. We came to ride bikes, fish, walk around, and just relax. It was only for a few days, and we have 4 kids, so relaxing was a bit tricky. Thats on us. However, as far as Taiji's cottage is concerned, it catered to what we were looking for. With quick access from the Ferry, to the beach, or even indoor entertainment (we arrived just before a storm). He and his team had provided everything we could need, and then some. (Thank you for having a pack and play for our baby.) While I'm hopeful to own a place on Prudence (someday...) I would certainly like to stay here again, and would highly recommend Taiji's place to any interested individual or family. Thanks again, -Patrick Cassidy, 3rd generation islander

John’s place was great. We had an extended stay and John was more than helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. John was incredibly responsive and proactive. The place was very well stocked with all the essentials. I would recommend if you are looking for a place in the area.

Staying at Emily’s lovely Dartmouth home was a top notch experience. We stayed with our dog over the Christmas holiday to visit nearby family. The house was well-equipped with everything to make dinner. The furniture was very comfortable. Lots of space to spread out. The beds were very nice- we slept like rocks. Everything was very clean and inviting. Our dog enjoyed the space- he slept by the cozy gas fireplace. It’s a great spot because it’s peaceful yet close to many restaurants and shops. Emily was very kind, leaving us presents! Even our dog got presents! Overall, a delightful stay- we hope to return!

Jon is an excellent host and we had an excellent stay at the cottage! We keep coming back year after year and think that's the highest praise there is.

This place is bright with lots of natural light. Well equipped with very nice sun room and patio. Close to Old Sturbridge Village where the Christmas show was excellent. We had a relaxing and cozy dinner at the Duck. Gwendolyn was a gracious host keenly attentive to our arrival, weather, comfort and more. You will enjoy the cottage.

Fly Fishers Cottage was the perfect choice for my visit home for the holidays. The cottage is exactly as described, spotless, super cozy, and it was even decorated for Christmas! It was the exact amount of space I needed and felt like a home away from home. It is ideally located to get to Jamestown and Newport, as well as to other parts of RI and MA where I was visiting family. Clare is a wonderful host, very responsive, and flexible with check in/out which I hugely appreciated. She also made sure outside was cleared and gritted after some snow - it seems like a small thing, but made me feel welcome and taken care of. I really hope to stay at the cottage again on my upcoming summer visit - thank you Clare!

Clean and spacious cottage with kitchen and bathroom amenities provided. Had trouble unlocking the door initially but when I called Sarah, she was very responsive and helped us get in immediately. Great location, walkable to the water and several restaurants. Will definitely check availability here on my next visit to Bristol!

We wanted a place to stay in Barrington while visiting our young grandchildren. Donna's place was 7 minutes away from our daughters house which madfe it perfect for us. Donna reached out to me several times. She let us know we could arrive early if needed, she showed us around her home, she even put salt down on the walkway as the weather predicted icy conditions. The bedding was comfortable, all amenities that one could need were provided. Her home was clean and welcoming. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip to Rhode Island.

Windsurfers Cove was exactly as pictured and described. The house was immaculate, extremely cozy and had everything we needed. The location and scenery was perfect! Absolutely peaceful! The host Jonas was very prompt with responding prior to and during our stay. We look forward to returning.

New England Perfection - My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The cottage on the water was adorable/clean and had everything we needed. The view and the seating out by the pond were perfect for coffee, wine and and just taking in the scenery and nature. Loved the extra touches like coffee, cream, bottled water and COOKIES! ;-) Would love to return!

We adored our stay. The cottage is very clean and waking up to the view of the water was lovely. Plenty of restaurants and shops to explore nearby in Bristol and Warren. We would love to come back!

Lovely rustic cottage on a picture perfect lake. Dawn was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will stay again!

Carol's home in Bristol is a little dream if you need a place to rest and recoup as a family or couple. The instructions provided are both clear and incredibly helpful for the stay, the downstairs bedroom was essential for my mother in law (and a rare find when looking for mobility friendly homes) and the kitchen a joy to cook in. My fiancé and I really enjoyed being able to take regular walks to the water after meals. Carol is an excellent host, kind, responsive, and very helpful even over holidays. It was a wonderful stay and we're looking forward to visiting again when time allows.

Karen is lovely. She cleared the driveway during a snowstorm and kept us informed of the bad weather. She also accommodated a late check out due to a family emergency. She is very responsive, and her place is beautiful. Spacious, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Will be back!
