The most important question I think you can ask in a review is… would you stay there again? In this case the answer is a resounding yes! Such a charming place in an absolutely perfect location. Close to anything you’d want to do in old city, south st, and penns landing. We’d recommend it to anyone.

Evelyn was great! Super responsive and friendly. The house was absolutely perfect for our family visiting Philadelphia for Thanksgiving.

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

We stayed at this bungalow while we were in town for a fundraiser event. The home was very well kept, larger space than we expected. It was perfectly comfortable for us (2 couples). Kitty was very responsive and a wonderful host.

This was our second time staying here and we loved the privacy and beautiful surroundings. Charles was very responsive and friendly. It was close to some of the activities we had planned with our family. We’ll be back!

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!

I loved my stay. I had the pleasure of meeting the host and her husband. They are wonderful people with great spirits. They absolutely adore animals. God bless the both of them. For the rate they are charging this is a steal of a deal. You get an entire residence to yourself. Feels just like grandma's house. I highly recommend especially if you're "ballin on a budget" whole house.. washer dryer included.. awesome hosts. Street parking big enough to accommodate a Ram 2500 pickup truck. I'll definitely be back for a stay in the future. I wish the host success and prosperity this 2025.

Could not have asked for a better host in Jan! Jan and her dogs greeted us as we pulled into the driveway and gave a warm welcome. The house was cozy and the scenery was beautiful. There are a number of wonderful restaurants and shops in the nearby towns. You will have to drive to visit the sites, but they’re all very close by and the towns themselves are very walkable. My partner and I had misplaced a very sentimental item while there and did not realize it had been lost until after checkout. Jan went above and beyond to make sure our item was found and shipped it back to us safely, even refusing payment despite our best efforts! We stayed during the winter, and the heat turning on and off did make a noticeable sound, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or a white noise machine. That is a very very minor critique though in an otherwise perfect stay with a remarkable host. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. This was my second stay at Jennifer's barn. It's very cozy and charming. I grew up in the area and it's been a perfect place for me and my dogs to stay during the holidays. The dogs especially love the easy access to the tow path along the Delaware. The location is fantastic and only a quick ride to New Hope, Stockton, Frenchtown and all they have to offer. Jennifer is a very responsive and accommodating host. We were a little late checking out and she was very kind and forgiving about it, which I really appreciated because I know she needed sufficient time to clean for the next guests and we were in the way. Thanks so much, Jennifer!

We have family in the area so we stayed for the weekend at Roger’s bayside condo, it was updated, clean, modern and super cozy! Even better, had great views and a great location just over the bridge. It also had everything we needed. Note: the master is a loft (open without walls) but this worked perfectly for us since we were family staying together and didn’t need extra privacy. Can’t wait to stay here again, I felt it was the best value for the area!

Amy is a great host! She was very communicative and checking in/out was a breeze. The rental was clean and exactly as described. One extra touch that we appreciated was having dog treats and toys available, which our puppy loved! I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone traveling in the Morristown area. Nice traditional beach house with very responsive hosts! Lee Ann and Rich were so kind and helped us any time we reached out. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location to beach, just be mindful that the area can flood during certain times of year - the hosts are great about communicating this though. Definitely recommend!

Friendly/accommodating hosts, spacious for our group of 12 (3 kids). Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Area felt safe as well as the boardwalk. The basement ventilation sounds were occasionally noisy when sitting in the backyard. The house was nicely remodeled, 2 1/2 bathrooms, layout of bedrooms worked very well for our group of 12. The single beds were great for the younger kids. All in all we had a nice time here.

This was a great place in a really fun, walkable neighborhood! Ryan was a wonderful host — incredibly responsive, and so fast with his responses too. He sent so many good recommendations and was on top of everything from booking to checkout. Honestly one of the most thorough Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. Place was spacious and spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

We met family friends for a peaceful, relaxing winter holiday at the beach with a total of 4 little kids. Brogan Cottage was magical. All the "usual" stuff was great (clean, comfortable, well-appointed).... but most remarkable was the HUGE range of amenities and supplies provided. I tried listing them and ran out of space - so just a FEW examples: Everything you need in the kitchen - we cooked dinners, breakfasts and sufganiyot for chanukah with ease. Tons of indoor toys & family games. Outdoor toys, balls, scooters and bikes in great condition. Pack n play, potty seat, and high chair. Butter, olive oil and cream cheese. Band aids and scissors. 4 kinds of laundry soap! So much more. You name it, we found it - ALL the conveniences of home in addition to big trampoline and short walk to the beach. This made vacation with kids so easy! Only minus was limited indoor dining space - best to eat big meals outside (great outdoor space) but on rainy days it could be tricky.

Dimitris place was right in the heart of upenn and conveniently close to penn medical where we were splitting our time. The condo is big with plenty of space and more than suited our needs.

Great location, great communication, and a great price for what you’re getting. Hope to come back when the weather allows us to utilize the dog park area.
