Overall, it was a great stay. We were kindly cared for. The accommodation was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We will be happy to come back. Ivanka was always available and friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Everything was perfect, even more than i need. Marina is an amazing host, no need to try to figure anything out, because Marina already thought about it even before. So through out the whole month everything was good, and there was no stress.

This apartment was perfect location to old town, with a beautiful view of the sea. It was very clean. The hot tub was amazing. There is so much to do and easy to access. I love this place and will definitely go back.

This place was the highlight of our trip! Loved the rooftop hot tub and it was perfect during sunset. Apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious & ideal for 2 couples. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook a couple of meals. Thanks for having us and highly recommend this place.

Apartment is well located near to the city centre (2 min walks) and beach Plava (6 min walks). Our apartment was on the first floor (bedroom, living room together with kitchen, bathroom (no problem with water pressure) and balcony). Apartment was clean, kitchen was equipped with basic cooking accessories (enough for us, for dinners we went to restaurants), bedsheets, towels (changed 1 per week), A/C, steam iron, two TVs, wi-fi, parking outside, etc. Groceries, restaurants, cafés are near to the apartment. The street was very quiet and calm. If you consider visiting Plava beach, I definitely recommend this apartment. The second beach (near to Olympia Sky) is about 15 min walks.

The apartment exactly met our requirements: clean accommodation, no unnecessary frills, centrally located, so we could easily reach all the hotspots. 5 stars !!!! Thank you!!

Very nice stay. The space matches the photos. The positives: hosting and availability. They're responsive. The location offers sea views. The pool and air conditioning are nice especially in summer. The bedding is comfortable in all rooms. Towels are available. The outdoor areas are fabulous: swimming pool, dining area with barbecue and summer kitchen, outdoor lounge. Kids will enjoy the swing, as well as the play box and pool games. Negative: proximity to the station. Trains although not very regular are noisy, but it doesn't bother at night. We'll be back without hesitating.

We had an incredible stay at Niko’s property. Everything was brilliant, from the communication to the recommendations and more. The real standout is the private roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea and nearby island of brac.

Our stay at The Green Dream was absolutely perfect! The listing was accurate in every way - the space was beautiful, immaculately clean, and had even more amenities than we could have imagined. Ana, our host, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. She allowed us to check-in early and even let us store our bags after check-out until late in the afternoon. Ana's attention to detail was impressive, from providing mosquito repellent to offering suggestions for local restaurants and transportation. There were 10 of us, including myself and we all agree that we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Green Dream and Ana made our stay truly unforgettable. We are so grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Split. Thank you, Ana!

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The place met our expectations - clean, cozy. The apartment was a short walk from the beach, which was a big advantage. We also had a hot tub available for a fee. We had a great vacation. Thank you.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Another great stay at Niki's fantastic apartment. The apartment was really clean with everything you could possibly need. The couch & the beds were really comfortable. Within walking distance of the ferry, bus station, shops & cafes & of course the beach. Communication is always excellent & Larissa went above & beyond to accommodate our needs, she is amazing! I really recommend a stay in this apartment & hope that we will be back....thank you Niki, Larissa & Larissa's mum 😀😀

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location was perfect- right in the middle of old town with easy access to everything, great restaurants, the park for exercise, market across the street, and the ferry to the islands. The main room was even larger than expected based on the pictures. Great design with comfortable sofas and 2 tables. With the bedrooms in the back, it was nice and quiet at night. The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. Parking can be challenging in Split even in the off-season, so we used the paid parking lot as suggested by the host. Also, when putting driving direction to the apartment into maps, it is best to put directions to the parking lot as directions to the house itself will take you through old town which is very convoluted. From the lot, it was about five minute walk down the street. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Solo traveller review: I had the pleasure of staying a month, off season (Jan) and couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. The location is perfect, you’re in the historical centre but it’s on the outskirts where people still live year round rather than rent out. (Whilst on an independent tour of the city I was recommended to go to this neighbourhood for proper food). I was greeted warmly, made to feel very much at home and the apartment’s got plenty of privacy. The most noise you’ll come across will be the ringing of church bells. The pictures are accurate, it’s a 2nd floor apartment with it’s own entrance, there’s a table and chairs for morning coffees right outside the door but I was also given free use of the lower garden and the bbq. Although this is a solo trip review I would say the apartment would work comfortably for 3 people or a family for a proper holiday rather than just a weekend. This was my favourite stay in my 3 months of travel Ita-Slo-Pol-Cro.
