This is my second time staying in the apartment. The location is convenient to Gare Cornavin, shops and restaurants. As I travel for business, the quality of the internet is important - no issues with wifi at the apartment. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. There is ample storage space for clothing and toiletries. Julien is proactive, informative and easy to contact.

The host is very welcoming and helpful. Characterful, old house with great proximity to the lake and town. Very thoughtful - leaving kitchen suppliers, tea, coffee, condiments and easy access to washing machine.

We had a wonderful stay in Sophie's apartment, full of charm , very well equipped and arranged , quiet, bathed in sunshine all day , close to ski lifts , parking , passes and shops . A real joy for a peaceful and easy holiday without a car . We'll be happy to go back!! Sophie is a very accessible , responsive and friendly host. Very nice, lovely furnished flat. We lived there for three months and felt very comfortable. The flat was very clean and had everything you need to live. A Carrefour is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Geneva is also easy to reach by bus!

Very nice place! Loft spirit, modern and clean. The outdoor terrace is a real plus. We used the gas grill, much appreciated. As mentioned in some reviews, no rooms closed but the pull-out bed in the living room is very convenient and the mezzanine spacious. Maryline was flexible with our check-in and checkout. Definitely recommend!

We arrived and left late. The host was very accommodating about it. The TV was a good size and had Netflix. We only stayed 2 nights and only ate in restaurants. The kitchen looked clean and properly equipped even though we didn't use it. They want you to take out the trash and remove the linens. I find that a bit annoying since you also pay a cleaning fee, but those are their rules and they're not completely unreasonable. The bike path is easily accessible which was important to us.

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. Thank you so much—I would love to visit again!

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

A comfortable accommodation,well equipped for young and old, quiet with a nice decor. The car is essential to enjoy Annecy and the exceptional nature of the area. A big thank you to our host for his responsiveness and good hospitality. We highly recommend it!:)

We had a great time at Eric's place. We arrived in two stages and Eric was particularly proactive to help us with our respective arrivals (info on nearby public transport, very flexible hours of availability of the accommodation, personalized touches). Her house is lively, quiet, bright, very comfortable, extremely well-equipped. We didn't lack anything, really. Our furry friends are as well received as we are, with an enclosed garden and linens for them. A perfect stay. Thank you

The apartment was located very close to the University of Geneva which was perfect for us. We had plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen and bathroom, and loads of old world charm. It is a comfortable and easy space to relax. Alfonso was attentive with instructions for entry and our stay at the apartment. Highly recommend!

The hospitality and communication was of excellent quality! The instructions I received from Beatrice were very clear, nothing was missing. Ann welcomed us very warmly, very friendly really. She was very responsive by message. Thank you for your good mood! The accommodation is very good, very quiet. It's a shame you had to bring personal towels that take up space in the suitcases. Other than that, everything was fine and thank you again to Ann for hosting us and for her good mood!

Immersion in a cottage on the second floor, where everything is thought out for a most pleasant stay. Patrice takes great care of her guests: a bottle of white wine as a gift, wise advice about the area… What more could you ask for? A huge thank you, Patrice! We had a great time and will treasure this address.

The view is amazing, absolutely unobstructed on the lake. Despite the freshness we did not resist the pleasure of enjoying the huge terrace. You have to be careful if you have a large car because the exit of the parking lot is narrow... Great stay.
