What to say?I think the word that describes the most is perfection... The house is amazing, super equipped, super clean,beautiful, mega comfortable beds, open and airy spaces, fully functional kitchen, the cooktop in the leisure area allowed us to stay in the same environment all the time... The super clean pool every day and the water looked like it even had heater... The location is sensational close to the beach,nor do we soak the car with sand,as we went to the beach on foot...rsrsrs A Roseli simply wonderful!!!Super attentive, concerned all the time with our satisfaction... Anyway to summarize it was all just perfectoooo... All thought out in the smallest detail to be the perfect stay...

I loved the house, close to the beach and downtown, the wonderful pool, it was perfect for my stay, the host was especially friendly and requested, note 1000.

All Affected Casa is excellent, the condo has lots of fun and space for the kids and we were well received by the hostess.

I stayed with my family for 5 days , the house is great super complete and cozy very airy,we walked to the beach of Peró is very close, Leila is very supportive gave all the support we needed , the differential of the house is the modernity is a new construction so it offers a lot of comfort and infrastructure, the pool is very pleasant too , for sure we will come back more times ❤️

Thank you very much for the kindness of Marcelo and Margarete and for allowing us to enjoy that beautiful house in Búzios. The views of the house and the facilities are very good. The decorations in the house really liked us all. A very cozy house. Italmar takes too long to respond to messages and on the 4 day I contact me very early to tell me that we broke 3 cups and that we should pay them. I think I could skip the comment for a 4 day and at that time of the morning and let us know the price on the last day of the stay. we pay them without inconvenience. Italmar did not consider the following: -Do run the dishwasher on the 3rd day. -The grill and light gave an electric shock to one of the guests. -The living room light didn't work and they never changed it. -The day of our arrival Margarete and Marcelo were admired at seeing 12 guests. (6 adults and 6 children 6,4,4,8,8,8 years old). In the conversations with Italmar it was clarified in advance and I already knew the situation.

The house is very wide, 4 baths make a difference for a large group as we were. Some mattresses are bad, for minor children watch out, but we had to put it on the ground because you could feel the footstool! The rest very good, bedding ok, pillows ok, cleaning ok. Salomão, very attentive and polite pool! Great stay! we intend to return!

The beaches in the morning, the afternoon pool and evening restaurants made everything even more special. When we prefer to stay, the delivery services worked perfectly. All perfect! Close to the beach, a quiet place, far from the hustle and bustle. It was one of the best places I stayed at Airbnb. Vale a lot to stay with João. He is a very calm and caring person. The house is great and has air-conditioning. All clean and has a fridge, microwave and stove. If you have a car, it's good to go to distant beaches like Ferradura or turtle. But if you don't have a car, you can take a van passing by. Or you can still stay on the beach right next door. It is well worth staying in this house. My family and I liked it so much that we stayed for another day, we were not left for lack of time. Don't be in any doubt and click right now to be a guest of João Batista!

Staying at Dona Danielle's house with my family and family friends was great! She was always very solicitous before and during the trip. The house is gorgeous outside and inside. We were in a group of seven. The stay was very comfortable for all people, in all respects. The residence is very well equipped (furniture, appliances and electronics) and the cleaning was impeccable. The bathrooms are large and airy, as are the bedrooms and other rooms. The location near Porto do Forno, Praia dos Anjos, do Forno, Praia Grande and Pontal do Atalaia were great differentials. Jussara, who received us with a delicious cake and is the local contact, was super attentive at all times. We explained everything about the house, gave several tips of tours and events taking place in the region. It appeared punctually both at check in and out. When we return to Arraial do Cabo, our first option for sure will be to host again at Dona Danielle's house!

The host was extremely attentive and did everything to make us comfortable, always with great communication. The apartment has a wonderful view and also has two parking spaces, which was super practical. I can only say that I will always return! I highly recommend it!
