Vacation rentals with a pool in Praia Palmas do Arvoredo

Great location close to many beaches of Florianópolis for those who like to explore the island of magic, but at 250 meters there is already a good beach with a sea of calm and very familiar waters. Casa near markets, good restaurants and a gym with good structure 500 meters from the house (I was able to walk and keep the workout routine with peace of mind). Very good house, spacious with 4 bedrooms (good for large families being: 2 bedrooms with bathroom, 1 bedroom on top with bathroom next to it, and 1 bedroom in the underside without bathroom in which those who stayed in this room used the social bathroom, for our family we divided each couple 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom), safe and quiet condominium. Communication with Regina and Luis super efficient and quiet, they are helpful. In the house there is a dog named Jully who is very cute and old already, it did not disturb us because we like animals. In the house on the outside (garage/swimming pool) is monitored, and the owners' house is in the front. We recommend it!

The stay was SPECTACULAR. The house is IMPRESSIVE, with everything available to make your stay perfect. Juliana and Fabio are IMPECCABLE. Always attentive to everything. We even had a problem with the car and I help us and was next to it until we fixed it. INCREDIBLE. These things, are the ones that really make you the difference in choosing your vacation home.

The house is extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. The couple welcomed us with great cordiality and were attentive throughout the stay. The place is calm and the nearest beach is about 5 minutes away

Beautiful house, very functional. 5 rooms with a bathroom. A large dining room with a pool and the pool is great. Recommended for large groups or several families. Great location, 2 blocks from the beach and 4 from the nearest mall. The area is divine. Very quiet and safe. Great communication with hosts. Always answering our questions. They helped us with a purchase by free market, very attentive. I would go back to the house and recommend it 100%

We were a group of 9 people and we all agreed that it was the ideal house: 4 bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms, a large green patio and a splendid pool. Also: a royal pool table. The host is very friendly and flexible. The living room is a little small , then the dining space (with churrasquera), which is woefully separated from the house, becomes the meeting point for large families. It would be perfect if I also had air conditioning there, as it does in the rest of the house (rooms, living room). Good parking, for a couple of cars and only 3 blocks from the beach. Very grateful Vera Lúcia!!

Giant and spectacular house, 7 rooms to take the whole class and enjoy the beach of Jurerê Internacional, which is a few meters away... His Nelson is a kerad... We'll be back soon!

Impeccable! Beautiful accommodation in every way, the apt has a great location, very close to the beach. The condominium structure is excellent, with 24h convenience, gym with all new and air-conditioned equipment, swimming pools and 24-hour reception, super gentle. The apt is even better than in the photos, comfortable, with a beautiful and refined decor, many rest spaces, the kitchen with first-rate appliances and with everything and even more that you may need. Eloá's kindness and care make the experience even more special. We will return and recommend without even thinking.

Everything impeccable. The place simplifies your stay in Florianopolis. It was our first time on the island and when traveling by car we arrived late; it was a solution to find that the condominium has a bar of simple dishes and very friendly people. Also there is a 24-hour pantry to buy what you have forgotten, although it is limited it takes you out of the hurry. The apartment is impeccable. Super comfortable and spacious. Daniel, super friendly and attentive to any setbacks that may arise. Both Daniel and the apartment is made of our visit a great trip. We will definitely be back.

The stay was very good! The house is complete, with all the necessary structure, we went to family and everyone was very well accommodated. The location is sensational, very close to the beach, which is too beautiful! The house was very clean, and the condominium has a very nice and safe structure, we feel at home. The apartment is beautiful, very convenient and comfortable. It has 3 rooms and two of them have en-suite bathroom and there is a third full bathroom. All have all amenities And everything works properly. It has full tableware, full kitchen utensils and has a laundry room. The location is excellent and the building is very nice and clean. We loved the place and Praia de palmas is a very nice family environment. Thank you Luciane and from now, we would love to return.
