Dona Anna's home is great for those who want peace, very quiet neighborhood, nor did I see the neighbors. I have children and one of them atypical so safety is essential for us, and the house is safe, well-walled, and yet airy is with a delicious backyard. The heat was immense and we opted for all the baths in the backyard shower, a delight.

The home of the feeling of coziness and hugs you! It is a very familiar place, delicious, with many plants, a feeling of interior but very close to the center of Ubatuba. I have a Border collie dog and the backyard is impeccable and very spacious for pets (in addition to being all surrounded). The house has EVERYTHING you may need, very well-equipped, fan in all rooms, including in the living room, air conditioning in the bedroom… we feel at home and we really like it! We're definitely going back! A tbm differential is the external area that is giant, barbecue with a great structure and even has a fridge in the external area (in addition to the kitchen)… you can appreciate nature and the birds because they leave a little to play every morning, a show! And to close with gold key, Nati let the gnt have more flexibility at check out, which made us have another delicious day of the beach!

The condominium is located in a region with a lot of greenery. The house is sensational, very well maintained and equipped. It has 02 parking spaces, large kitchen, two bedrooms (being 01 suite) closed with air conditioning and a ceiling fan and another open room, in a type of "mezzanine", only with a fan. It also has a private BBQ area in the background. Host is very attentive and flexible, as well as responding quickly.

The apartment is exactly like the photos, we were able to enjoy the stay with comfort, mosquito screen and air conditioning in the environments helped a lot on very hot days. Super easy access to the beach, 4 minutes walking. The bottom of the building overlooks the Atlantic Forest where we can see wild animals like cotias, very pleasant to rest and have this view and contact with nature. My family wishes to come back one day, it was super worth it!

One of my best vacation rental experiences. The pool was also very clean. The place is very quiet and safe because it is a gated condominium, but it has several shops and restaurants nearby. Second time we like to stay at Fernando's place. Everything spectacular. The place is wonderful. The beach with a family atmosphere that allows you to be very comfortable.
