Mr Rodenei welcomed us personally and very politely instructed us on the accommodation and operation of the building. The garage is covered. The view of the beach is beautiful and you can stay for hours enjoying the sea. It was well worth it. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

We had another amazing stay in the beach house! This is the second time we have stayed there and again it was perfect. The space is very good, well cared for and comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, which made us feel right at home from the first moment. The location is also excellent, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet environment. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend!

We were me, my son, fiancé and we love! A “setback” occurred for the good and Maria was super flexible with the time of entry. Upon arriving he gave us videos (super explanatory) of how to check in and how to locate us inside the condominium. Then he went to receive us and it was super solicitation and there were some candies and snacks greeting us. Apê Clean, cozy and close to supermarkets, bakery and the beach too (one line). Communication was easy and clear, host amazing and requests. Congratulations, Maria! Thank you for your support!

Our stay was perfect, 6 days of peace and quiet. The apt was clean, equipped and is exactly the same as in the pictures, the view is surreal. The air worked and kept the space very cool, since in this heat there are no people who can stand it. Ana is super kind, and super quick to respond. The staff of the building is wonderful, we had no problems. I will return, with infinite certainty! ❤️

Very well located very close to the beach, kitchen bathrooms, bed linen and extremely clean pool. Beach items in great condition, all rooms with air conditioning working perfectly and quiet to sleep. Marvelous pool, spacious and deep down to the neck for adults. Rapid communication, authorized the departure hours after the checkout as requested. We were 12 people and the house comfortably met all our needs. I, as well as my family, had an unforgettable weekend! We will definitely come back and recommend it to others.
