caren was super friendly and did not have any inconvenience to change the check-in because we needed it before. Very attentive. Very equipped and beautiful apartment. I highly recommend it!

The house is really like the pictures. A show jammed into one of the most beautiful coastlines in Brazil. Large and at the same time cozy, comfortable and with everything that a family or group of friends needs for an unforgettable stay by the sea. The noise of the constant waves was the right dose for relaxation. Very well-structured house and delicious pool, clean every day. Not to mention the receptivity of the caretakers Antônio and Joanda. They made all the difference in our stay. We closed a parcel of breakfast with Joanda and every day when we woke up the table was set with fruit, coffee, juice, tapiocas, rennet cheese, couscous... (shopping on our own, obviously). It's worth too much if you stay at Patricia's home. I highly recommend it! We'll be back...

We were in the apartment in Feb/2025 in the family, with two children and one elderly person. The apartment is fantastic. We met all our expectations, accommodated us very well and very comfortable, we are literally “at home”. The complete kitchen with all necessary utensils, rooms with good beds and good bedding, great towels, washing machine, clothesline, air-conditioned room. The Place where the apartment is located has an amazing structure so you don't have to leave there. Clean, heated pools, park and gym. The local restaurant serves on the beach, great service, compatible prices and very good food, especially for children. They also have options of dishes (delicious) and serve pizza and snacks. As for beach access we thought it was great. The beach is good, clean, with new chairs and sunshine. With ctza I will recommend to family members and we have already thought about scheduling a tour. We thank Mr. Cláudio for the great stay and the service we had! He gave us a lot of local tips!

The Manihi condominium is small and very nice, being by the sea in a privileged position. No muvuca, no big noises, it offers a great opportunity for quiet leisure. The serviced apartments are small, which limits the number of guests, but are usually very nice and equipped. Parking is partially covered but limited in size and number of spaces. The condominium staff is so helpful and friendly. We'll come back again!

The house is really very beautiful, the surroundings still more and everything very clean and organized... There are some points to be improved like: the swimming pool on the first and second day was completely cloudy and green; the upper floor shower (not the one in the suite) is not coming out... But otherwise, we love your accommodation and would indicate with certainty! Thanks for the receptivity.

Excellent apartment and complex to spend an excellent vacation with family and friends! The apartment has everything you need for a magnificent stay. The only detail of the dpto is that there is no internet signal to the master bedroom so you can't take advantage of the TV of the same, but overall very good place

Janaína's house is exactly like in the photos, super comfortable, with all the necessary utensils both in the kitchen and in the rooms. The beach at the front is super nice, with few people, clean and really in front of the house. Homemade Ananias and Lela, a woman who helped us there, are sensational, proactive, friendly super loved ones! I have nothing to complain about the house itself. I was at the end of the year and the city doesn't have much infrastructure to accommodate so many people. We spent a week with energy in half a phase, causing us to lose food in the refrigerator, slept without air conditioning, cold bath, microwave not working, some moments totally without power. It is not a problem of the house itself, but it is important to go at this time knowing that these things can happen. Even so, it was great days, we were able to enjoy a lot of the leisure area, barbecue, swimming pool and the view to the beach! Super indico!

Great house by the sea. Quiet condominium and very close to the Way of Moses. The view from the suite window is spectacular, with the sunrise in the sea. The house matches the photos and description. Communication with the host was always smooth and agile.
