We were me,my husband and my 4-year-old son, for 4 days. Super cozy apartment, modern furnishings in great condition, well-equipped kitchen with utensils, pans, appliances, super potent stainless steel refrigerator. I didn't miss anything. Super cozy bathroom, excellent shower, does not return bad smell of the drains and toilets. Quarter with double bed and 1 excellent single mattress, clothing shelves, great and quiet air conditioning. All spotless, clean and smelly. The host Aline super attentive, friendly and quick in the msg, clears all questions. We make a lot of choice, we feel at home, very comfortable, with ctz we will return at a next opportunity and I will indicate to those who ask me for reference. Many thanks Aline and congratulations on the great space you offer !

Very well equiped, clean and planned house. Proximity with other beaches, which makes it easy to get to know the locals. For those with reduced mobility, the stairs would be a challenge, but too much for it, it is worth it. Gentle and very discreet neighbours. The house is very close to Prumirim Beach, which for us was the best, which is most reserved,

The experience of my family ( including my dogs) was wonderful. The hosts are very friendly. The house is very cozy with everything we needed to spend incredible days. A highlight for the wonderful backyard waterfall that provided us with invigorating baths and mega relaxing nights. Our dogs loved exploring the woods and came back super quiet. My daughters loved the ice-cold pool. We will definitely come back more often. Thank you Claudia and her husband.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ubatuba. This place was a perfect home base after days out at the beach and exploring the city over the new year. The flat was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the host was very helpful in explaining how everything worked. We especially loved the garden, where we occasionally spotted quite uncommon birds while eating breakfast! The flat is just a 10 minute walk from the centre, or slightly longer to get to various beaches (or a very short drive when there isn't any traffic!).

Our experience with Raquel was excellent! It exceeded expectations! We only have one thing to say the outdoor pool was with the hot water. it would be good for the condominium to check this. in addition, everything of the highest quality!! the view on the terrace is wonderful!!

Praia Grande Apartment - Ubatuba Noble Part

The ap (2nd floor) is really like in the photos, one suite is at the entrance next to the living room with a double bed, the other suite is two single beds + 3 single mattresses, and the other with a double bed and balcony. All rooms with air conditioning and fan. In the room only fan. The BBQ area is spacious. The apartment was so clean and organized. Clean Pool (ground floor) and game room (1st floor) We arrived 11hr, before the checkin time (15hr) but we were able to leave the cars in the parking lot while cleaning the AP and entered the AP in the afternoon. On the first day we had some problems with the Wi-Fi connection, with the refrigerator and with the shower of one of the suites. The shower my husband managed to fix it. I asked for caretaker Beta and she promptly helped us with the wifi password and provided us with another refrigerator. She and her husband are always in the building, they are super friendly and helped us a lot. The ap is a block from the waterfront, very close to the beach and the market

Rodrigo was always attentive, answered our questions promptly. When we need an umbrella, the caretaker Raí did his best and lent us a parasol, which served us ksksksks. The apartment is beautiful, tidy and clean. Well located, it is very close to the beach and market. Nice and cozy beach, even in the high season.

The apartment is very good (as in the photos) well equipped, good material, air conditioning etc. The location is great. Next to everything. The weaknesses are the entrance to the building and the fact that there is no garage. But it was really worth it.
