Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia de Sernambetiba

This unit has an excellent location in Copacabana, less than a block from the beach, supermarket, restaurants and retail. Typical of the area, it is an older building, but the unit has been renovated. The 2 main bedrooms are spacious but the third bedroom is tiny with its own tiny bathroom, and you access these by going through a service balcony. The unit is quite functional and comfy given the economical price point plus you can enjoy the 2 balconies to absorb real Carioca life.

Our stay was excellent! We were in 2 couples and each stayed in a room. The description corresponds faithfully to the site, and the location is exactly as in the pictures. Ivana maintained fast and objective communication before the stay and on the day of our checkin, she kindly allowed us to enter before the time, since we arrived early in Rio de Janeiro. What made our time more fruitful and allowed us to enjoy our tour more. I will definitely be staying again at a next opportunity!

This Airbnb made our trip to rio truly spectacular. It was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, the ocean is directly across the street with a view of all of Copacabana and sugarloaf facing toward the sunrise. We couldn’t wait to get back to our Airbnb every night and even spent a few rainy days enjoying the whole day there. It truly is an oasis. The host was so nice and made us feel welcome right away. The building security guards are great and made us feel very safe. And there is a ton of restaurants and fun activities (we took a cooking class!) that is all walking distance. Rooms/beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners worked well. The kitchen needs a slight upgrade but it really didn’t make much of a difference to us. Overall we were so pleased and will definitely return the next time we come to Rio!

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

The apartment is excellent. Exactly as shown in the photos, impeccable cleanliness, sensational location. Don't be afraid to rent it! I recommend it.

Excellent location, very nice apartment, incredible attention to the building and with Marcio. Always very attentive to everything. We loved it, perfect working air conditioning, comfortable beds, nice, safe area for walking, there are people in street situation but the area is quite crowded so we do not pass anything of insecurity, there are places close to food, shop, drugstores, etc. Very practical the apartment and very well equipped the kitchen.

We stay 12 days in this paradise, the place is simply amazing the super ventilated room with a huge glass window,provides a breathtaking view of the super famous local Marambaia restinga that was once the scene of several soap operas and frequented pain several presidents of the republic,The gentle breeze,next to the stunning scenery, makes you feel in a true paradise,the kitchen is complete with all the necessary household utensils, potent refrigerator,ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals,the bathroom with electric shower is extremely clean,there are three different points in the house to enjoy the view,room,room and yard! Maria is a sensational person always concerned with our good is, always proactive and with excellent communication,if we feel at home what made all the difference in our experience,the place is the basis of the main trails such as the telegraph, wild beaches.

My stay was wonderful, I was looking for a very quiet place and it far exceeded my expectations. The pool and gourmet area won my heart!

We were 8 friends and the house accommodated us very well for what we needed, the condominium is quiet and safe. It is a few meters from the beach, which has kiosks and huts, however, there are not many restaurant options nearby, but less than 10 minutes away you can go to Olégario Maciel, which has complete options of restaurants and bars. Carol was helpful and promptly met all our needs and answered all our questions.

The appartment has all standart equippement and is well alight. It does lack luxury but if that is not what the renter is looking for the surroundings and the hospitability of henrique will make up for it at ease. We had a great stay!

Hands down the best Host ever!! Tathy, Alfredo's wife was super sweet & always responsive. It seemed like no matter what time of day it was she was always responding. Definitely the best communication, the house was beautiful! And she even helped me to make sure that I could get a cake delivered for my daughter's birthday. She had everything at the house that was needed from decorations, to cake holder, and tape. I really appreciated her hospitality and excellent communication. Really wish they had other airbnb's, I would book it in a heartbeat! Also, her cleaning lady was super sweet as well. Thank you for everything!!

Our stay at Carnival was perfect, we felt at home, your Carlos is a very helpful host, the house is very cozy has bed linens, kitchen utensils, served us well. The pool is wonderful and the view is impeccable. Loved our stay.

The stay was great, close to the beach, the market south is close, the house is exactly the way it is in the ad. Márcia and Paulo were attentive responded promptly, even lent a cooler for us to go to the beach. thank you very much for everything.

The apartment is as seen in the photos. We were able to access easily. The area is very nice and very close to Ipanema beach. There are also several restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views from the 20th floor of Barra and the mountains. The apartment is well furnished and perfect for a couple. We extended our stay as we did not want to leave the place! One thing worth mentioning is that you don't have full blackout in the bedrood and the apartment is quite bright... this is something that we liked, but that some people might want to know in advance. The location in Barra is great, you have the beach right across the road and the compound has lots of facilities, including a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. The compound and the building have 247 security too, in case this is important to you. Barra is the safest neighbourhood in Rio and I would always recommend this area rather than other downtown hoods. The communication with Daniel was great and easy from the beginning. He was extremely responsive and proactive. A great host alltogether. I will be back for sure!

Great little apartment. We would stay here again! Nice view, across from a little park. Great walking distance to many different beaches, restaurants, shops, markets, etc. Felt safe in the apartment, with security and locked gates. Several quick elevators. Hot water, fully equipped kitchen, all listed amenities, fast wifi, and comfortable beds. Our favorite feature was all of the outlet converters, no need bring your own. Thank you Troy and Andre!

Very quiet house large and quiet, has a market in the condominium and many restaurants and beaches nearby I loved and I'm sure I will come back. Note: the porters always very polite and solicited gave tips and were always willing to help.

Stephane was always responsive. The place looked just like in the pictures. Amazing location, right next to the beach. Great options for food and drink nearby. Safe building with receptionist 24 hours. Enjoyed the stay.

This was our second time staying here and as long as it is available during our visits, it is the only place we'll choose. As mentioned before the location is central to everything, beach, restaurants, even the mall is not far away.

My family and I recently stayed here for two weeks and let me say that this place exceeded all our expectations . It was a very clean, fully stocked penthouse with great location and excellent views. Diego and Valeria were very attentive and made our stay comfortable.We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.
