We had a wonderful experience staying at Miriam and José's home! From the beginning, they were extremely attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions and responding quickly. The house is super cozy, very airy and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent! You can walk to Maitinga beach and enjoy several restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops nearby. I highly recommend lodging with them, it was an amazing experience!

One of my best vacation rental experiences. In addition to the excellence in the service provided by the host Marcos, who was very requested to give us all the information necessary for our best stay, through tips of restaurants and beaches, the house was in excellent condition, clean and very well equipped with all the household items we may need and everything in great condition. The pool was also very clean. The place is very quiet and safe because it is a gated condominium, but it has several shops and restaurants nearby. Here I also give a special thanks to the host who presented us with a delicious welcome cake and who was always concerned about the welfare of the tenants.

I stayed with my husband and my 2 dogs at André's house, stayed from Thursday to Sunday and it was great! The house was clean, backyard with cut grass, with good maintenance of the garden, everything super safe to leave the dogs and go to the beach, 100% privacy. The house has air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, so that helped a lot for the very hot days we caught! The location is wonderful, it is VERY close to the Village, which is where “everything happens”!!! Due to our misfortune, we were in days that the internet was undergoing instability but it was not the fault of the owner, who proved to be super active to assist and correct. In addition, he responds super fast, takes questions and gives tips from the Island. I want to return with ctz, because Ilhabela is my favorite place, and the house has become a great place to host again. Thanks André and I hope to see you soon!

beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood, close to the center. it was super easy to check in, the homeowner Lucelia was gentle and gave us several useful indications of the house and the surroundings and left some pampering to us. The highlight goes to the garden that is amazing, comes very birdie, has a lot of green and plenty of space for pets to run.

The cottage is super cozy, in the middle of nature we could hear a lot of birds. It has a barbecue and kitchen basics. The Internet is in the common area, but it's right in front of the chalet, so it went super well. It has a great pool, playground and pool table. By car you can go to several beautiful beaches in the region. The Cleia was super kind and the cabin was super clean! We love it and will come back for sure!

Communication with the hostel flows very well from the beginning. The location of the chalet is very good, very wooded and quiet. Easy to reach the beach and the center of Perequê. I went without a car, and I was able to get around by bus, or walk to the ferry (about 30 min walk). The chalet is simple, but it was very clean and well equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay. I would stay again and recommend it to friends.
