Excellent new house with only 2 apartments: ground floor/garages, 1stfloor/apt 101, 2ndfloor/apt 102 (here announced), 3rdfloor/hall parties and bwc with views of large green area/Atlantic Forest and sea. Wi-Fi (fiber optic internet 10 mega), TV/cable, air conditioning rooms (w/ timer: runs from 20 hrs to 10 hrs). Only 200 m beach. Home central beach Bombinhas. Market, bakery, and butcher shop in the corner of the street. Pets are not allowed. There is no shortage of water in the property (even in high season).
