Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Praia

Sofia's big house is a haven of peace. It is typical, made of stone covered with a layer of white lime. The environment is peaceful, we were surrounded by very friendly people, nice dogs, cats, and a few chickens and roosters. The kitchen is well equipped enough to prepare a few meals. The terrace is very beautiful, with lots of plants, with beautiful sea views not far away. The bedding is comfortable, as is the large living room. It takes about twenty minutes to walk to the center of the beautiful and typical village of Cidade Velha where you can find supplies and good restaurants. Breakfast is good and full. And what about the great hospitality of Sofia and Vany, not much except fantastic! They go out of their way for you and are looking to please you and make sure you have a great stay. In short, a very nice place!

I spent 11 days with the family in Suzanne's place the accommodation is very clean,it is exactly like the photos ,there is all the comforts to spend a great holiday we have a magnificent view of the suzanne mountain was a very responsive host with Nicolas I thank him infinitely. I keep very good memories of the cabo verde I will come.

Very well located, close to the beach 🏝️ and others stores by walking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Then, thank you to this wonderful , beautiful community in Praïa and Cape verdian in general. This island ( country ) is unique, they believe in their freedom and their African heritage and identity. Just one more time, thanks Evandro for everything you’ve been very generous, kind and helpful. I’ll remember to you every day.

very close to the airport. possibility of shuttle in late exit helped us. compliant accommodation, spacious and very clean. our host responded very quickly to all requests. Congrats

Very nice and simple accommodation, very close to the airport and therefore very convenient for those arriving in Praia late. Dulce and her family are of a unique kindness and allow you to check in even late at night, mostly with transportation to and from the airport at a reasonable price. The accommodation itself is simple, without luxury but also without major flaws. Recommended

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

We had a nice stay at Rosy's apartment. The apartment is very functional and located on a very quiet street close to all amenities. There is a little lack of kitchen equipment for a long stay though.

My mother and I were guests at Tété and her family's house for two weeks - with an island-hopping break in between. We actually wanted to stay in the separate flat on the ground floor. But as this was not possible, we stayed in the two guest rooms in the family home. And I have to say that looking back it was a great added value. By living with Tété and her family, we learnt and experienced a lot that would otherwise have remained hidden from us. Not just the discovery of our new culinary highlight: "bissap" (hibiscus flowers) as juice and jam for breakfast (delicious!) - if you want to get close to Cabo Verde, its people and its culture, Casa Tété with all its family members is the right place for you! Tété was very attentive and helpful the whole time and shared a lot of her extensive knowledge and experience with us. She is the engine, the heart and the soul of this Airbnb!
