Vacation rentals with a patio in Prague-East District

Umur and his colleague were very helpful and friendly. He was very responsive. The apartment was how it described and as shown in photos. It was clean and the kitchen was equipped. Walkable to the old town and very close to tram and metro station. Will recommend to everyone who will visit Prague.

Loved the apartment’s design and layout, and the private elevator was a great touch. The parking spot was very secure. Overall, I felt very safe, and it’s just a five-minute walk to the metro, making it easy to reach all the attractions in Prague.

**Great stay in Prague!** My stay in this beautiful flat with garden in Prague was just amazing. Everything was perfectly clean and ready as it should have been. The apartment had a very nice atmosphere and it had everything I needed. Ms. Eva was a great host – she communicated with me throughout the stay, made sure I got to the apartment in order, if I had all the necessary information and if I was missing anything. Even though it was 400km away from the flat, her access and care were really special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and great communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is located in a quiet location,with convenient transport links. The city center is a 15-minute drive away. There is free parking,which is very convenient. The apartment had everything you need. But the toilet lid was broken and needs to be replaced. The pillows are very uncomfortable and not of high quality. I hope hosts will fix the deficiencies.

Had a nice time in Prague thanks to the accommodation. Very nice to be able to have the combination of working and having fun. During the day some noise from the construction pit next to the apartment, but not disturbing and also not awakened early. Perfect!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a month. Quiet sleeping area and quiet neighbors, public parking near the house, no problems with finding a parking space. From the apartment there is an exit to the painted private courtyard. Near the house begins a forest area where you can walk, shops and public transport are nearby, the road to the center by metro took 40 minutes. The apartment was warm, a comfortable bed and has everything you need for an autonomous stay. I worked from home, the internet worked steadily, however there were not enough outlets near the table, there was only one carry to a group of kitchen appliances and for the table area, which requires constant switching of appliances. For a long term stay, there was not enough of a miniature refrigerator, which in reality was different and smaller than in the photo. Also, the hoods in the kitchen and in the bathroom do not work, the ventilation is only available through the opening of the windows.

Everything was absolutely great Accommodation beautiful, clean and very cozy. Honza is a great host – communication fast and friendly. We were here with a small bunch of friends to celebrate a birthday and couldn't have picked a better place! The grill zone is an absolute bomb 🔥fireplace adds a magical atmosphere to the entire stay, and overall we had a great time here. Thank you so much and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to relax and celebrate! 🎉 We'd love to come back! 😊

everything was new and spotless in the house. Although it was a little far in terms of location, it was easy to get to by car. The area was calm and peaceful. The house was very pleasant.

we had a great time at Natalia and Steve's place. The house is cozily decorated. The hosts are nice and welcoming people. We regularly found a cozy fire in the courtyard. You can walk there fantastically with the dog. The center is easy to reach. We'd love to come back.

As a group of friends, we loved the place. The house is well-equipped and clean. Nikola responded quickly and always accommodated us. I can really recommend this place!

The house was very nice and clean. The highlight is of course the private sauna and the pool on the terrace, both of which worked perfectly. David was on site when we arrived and explained everything to us very nicely. The bathroom was very large and clean. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, but a little small for 2 adults. There is sufficient crockery in the kitchen. But if you want to cook, you should bring cooking accessories. Some things were missing (wooden spoon, paper towels, pans, dish towel, dishwashing liquid). In the garden there was also a grill (for the summer), but then you should also bring the appropriate utensils. What was also great, there was a minibar from David with various drinks (cola, water, wine, beer e.g. €2 etc.) which you could help yourself to for a few € or CZK! David always responded super quickly and nicely to questions. We would not rule out vacationing there again. Thanks David!! ?

I can only praise the place and Michal. Everything was in perfect order. The host greeted us, explained everything, and gave tips on where to go for food, how to get to the center, etc. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful area with river minutes away, great place to swim in the river. We loved the canoeing trip from Sazava to just below Vlkovec, very easy to do with a convenient train connection to get to the starting point. There is a great pub in the village with entertaining landlord. Cash only! The cottage is peaceful and well presented

A great location. The communication was excellent. The apartment is near a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. 5 minutes walk and u will find tram stop and metro Stop, within 10 minutes we were in n the city centre. The area is peaceful and very clean. The Garage is large and very safe. Totally recommended it.
