Vacation rentals with beach access in Prachuap Khiri Khan

I had a very comfortable stay. The description is accurate, it's a studio, so not too big but very functional, and plenty of space for suitcases and clothes. A rather spacious bathroom however with a big shower. I was off tourist season so that may help, but it's clearly a quiet building, well insulated, and the few people around seemed to have a good time doing their work in the lobbies around the swimming pool. So a nice, quiet, studious vibe, I would say. The pool is great. I'm a swimmer and I need a minimum size to be happy, and I was often alone in the pool. So very satisfied with that. The kitchen's ustensils need an upgrade, but that's my general experience in Thailand. The cuisine is so delicious and varied, I understand not many people can be bothered to cook! So BnBs don't give you the right stuff to cook with, sadly. But Europeans need to cook a little and the landlord could make western tourists very happy by just adding a few things.

Good place to stay for a short vacation. Unit very private away from screaming kids in the pool all day. Bed very comphy and unit was very clean. Would recommend to stay. Very quite unit with over 705 units in complex. Can walk to everything. Eat at the Market Village for 80baht a meal. Great communication with host. Netflix was a plus. Thank You!

Thanks to Eric who taking care of this room, he is very helpful and easy to communicate. Everything is good for the price, and would be perfect if the bathroom not smell from drained water, and one bedroom queen size is very hard mattress like sleep on rock, the king size bed is very comfortable.

Wonderful accommodation and host. Very beautiful views and beach access. Condo was very clean, tidy and large accomodation. We highly recommend this location.

The apartment leaves nothing to be desired and is in a great location - directly opposite the shopping center and direct beach access. Despite the nearby street, it is very quiet in the apartment and ambient noises are hardly audible. Great are the mosaics at the windows, which effectively leave pests outside. The existing washing machine was also very helpful. In addition, Pammy was always available via email whenever there were any questions. We'd love to come back and thank you for the good time (in the best weather...)

We enjoyed 5 weeks staying at Bruce's great house in Khao Takiab, our numbers varying between 2 and 6 adults as different family came and went over Christmas. The house was perfect for this being very spacious, with 3 ensuite bedrooms and a washing machine. The location is great. Only a few minutes shaded walk to the beach (with plenty of sand regardless of the tide, unlike the main Hua Hin beach further north which disappeared at high tide), two small supermarkets and a water dispensing machine 5mins walk away, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The songthaew bus was cheap & easy for going into Hua Hin centre, so everything was very easy even without our own transport. Bruce was very friendly, helpful and generous in his dealings with us, and his local manager Dha answered all our questions.

We had an incredible stay at Jess's villa! Jess has been an excellent host, going above and beyond to assist us with a late check-in, which was much appreciated. The villa itself is fantastic, very modern, spacious, and luxurious, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Jess truly made our stay memorable, especially by making our Valentine's celebration feel extra special. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a beautiful, serene escape with an amazing host!

Great location in hua hin, 5 minute drive to cicada market, responsive and helpful host. A very, very clean and well maintained villa. Would stay again.

It's a really nice bungalow in a great little garden. It was very nice to drink the coffee on the porch every morning and watch the different birds and squirrels. The pool is great too. There are usually only a few other people there. You can also spend a few hours there on the loungers, read in peace and enjoy life. We liked the bungalow so much that we came back directly after a few days and stayed there a second time. The friendly place Ban Krut and this small house will stay in our memories for a long time.

This is the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Everything is reassuring. The room, living room, and dining room are all spacious, not only comfortable but also very quiet. It's only 5 minutes away from the downtown area and shops, which is very convenient. Our group of 5 adults were very satisfied with the stay.

A very fine and spacious condo room with plenty of light. Very clean and includes everything you need for a short stay. The availability of the condo facilities such as pool and gym is a great bonus. There are many restaurants, and small supermarkets, within walking distance and the beach is close by and easy to get to. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend; good value for money too.

We wanted an affordable place not too far from the beach with its own kitchen. And it was a big plus it has pool in neighborhood. Morgan is very responsive and Pia who looks after it for him is very kind and helpful. While it's a little ways from stores, there is a small shop at the clubhouse where you buy some basic necessities and it's great because Pia also manages the clubhouse . There are some small restaurants not far from the main gates. The neighborhood is very peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay in an apartment with open views and fresh air. The apartment is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and full of light. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We received very clear instructions from Ploy & Paul. We enjoyed friendly and helpful staff in the building. The location is excellent. About 5-minute walk to the beach. Two big shopping malls within walking distance. It was a pleasure to stay there, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

This is a great place for families! The pools have shallow areas to sit and play with little ones and the water park and play area are great to meet other families. Tamarind and Cicada market are just a few minutes walk away. Sam was very responsive.

I am very happy that we chose to stay in Gaurav’s place. The apartment was very big, beautiful and clean. If you are travelling with kids or in a big company - it’s perfect place ti stay. We have been living here for 2 months and we have only good memories about it. You will have any help with the workers in the lobby, friendly stuff and very beautiful territory. Thank you for all! The apartment was exactly as described. My husband and I loved the panoramic views of the hustle and bustle looking down onto the main street. We absolutely loved the beautiful swimming pool and the private entrance to the beach. Everywhere was well kept and maintained by the lovely staff. Lots of restaurants and local markets and our favourite shopping mall Market Village with lots of shops and an indoor food hall was literally across the road from the apartment. One small negative of the stay, upon check out we had an electricity and water bill which we were aware of, but not expecting it to be as high as over £6/day extra, which can work out to be quite expensive for a 2wk stay in Thailand.... But overall, we had an excellent time in Hua Hin and would like to return in the near future.

Wonderful little apartment close to night markets, the local yoga studio, and the beach. Great gym and pool at La Habana complex. Ravissara was very responsive, friendly and accommodating for our later check in. Perfect for our week long getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. Narumon was very responsive and gave us flexibility with check in and out. The condo is a nice size and the La Habana complex is very nice. It’s in a great location close to two night markets that are open on the weekends. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend staying here.

Great apartment. Super clean. It was very well equipped with everything you need plus extras that a lot of other places don't offer such as a coffee machine, plenty of kitchenware, clingfilm and paper towel. Nice and light with a sweet balcony overlooking established trees and the pool.

Nice flat, clean, comfortable and walking distance to the restaurants. The facilities are really nice, especially the pool. The check in is not the smoothest though.
