Vacation rentals with beach access in Powell River

Sandra was delightful, friendly, and very personable. She had great recommendations for local spots based on our itinerary for the day, and gave us lots of local tips. Her place felt safe, and she had lots of thoughtful touches like snacks, drinks, books, and good shampoos and soaps! I would stay there again :)

Nora and Ian were great hosts.. Nora made sure we had all the info we needed including helping to pick oysters and clams..the location was assume...we'll definitely come again..

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Jane's! The suite was exactly as in the photos, with loads of room and a very welcome and warm fireplace. We had a great view of the water, and deer grazing in the yard in the evenings. I've never seen a suite so well supplied, with everything from dog bowls to shaving gel! With Seal Bay Park practically right next door, you'd never run out of options for really tranquil and beautiful nature walks. It was very quiet, and we really enjoyed our time there. High recommendations from us!

Super cozy! Great location and amazing ocean front view. The place was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Qualicum.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more!!! We didn’t want to leave, in fact my little girl cried when we were packing as she was sad to be leaving. The condo was perfect and we felt instantly comfortable. Everything felt brand new and worked perfectly, there was lots of little touches which made our stay even more enjoyable. A beautifully designed space, with lots of storage, stunning ocean views (we could hear the seals playing from our bedroom)! If six stars was a choice I would have selected six! Thank you Kelly.

Sunsets from the wharf were awesome. Private. Supplied food was excellent. Personable host with excellent local knowledge.

LOVED our stay here...beautiful space, extremely comfortable and clean. Linens, soaps, and kitchen supplies were exceptional. The view and location were beyond our expectations. So very peaceful and serene. Regan and her husband were so helpful....lots of local recommendations and information. Just a treat to stay here.

Kelly and his wife were incredibly thoughtful hosts. The suite was very comfortable and cozy. We arrived in the evening, and Kelly recommended a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant in Campbell — it was absolutely delicious! The next morning, he and his wife kindly guided us along the nearby beach, showed us the orca migration route, and even pointed out a bald eagle’s nest in the treetops — it was our first time seeing one in the wild! Though we only stayed for one night, this experience added so much to our trip. Hope to come back again next summer!

We had such a nice and relaxing getaway at Dana’s place. The kids loved being able to walk down to the beach and had some board games to play by the fire on rainy afternoons. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Would love to stay again.

Bench 170 is a very special spot. As my nephew said on arrival, it's 10 out of 10. The house is beautiful and everything was of top quality, the proximity to the beach so great, and we've never experienced such thoughtful touches in all our combined travels. The home had everything we could anticipate, including laundry facilities, pantry items, toys for kids. It was a great combination of a gorgeous holiday home and it being a comfortable livable spot.

Pleasant place with stunning view. Well equipped kitchen, family friendly house, with big garden. The hot tub and firepit made our stay absolutely awesome. Lots of hike around, we highly recommend the place. Hung is very friendly too.

Amazing place to stay for a family on the Sunshine Coast!! Clean and lots of activities on the property (SUP, hot tub, ping pong, outdoor fire pit). Beautiful sunrises.

I recently stayed at Ashley's place, and it was an exceptional experience! The property was exactly as described (and even better in person). It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, especially the view was amazing. I loved the closed huge backyard too because of my dog. Ashley was incredibly welcoming and providing clear communications. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We definitely gonna stay at this place again. This time Summer.

Susanne has thought of everything. This cute cottage was spacious, well-stocked, and had wonderful thoughtful amenities to help make a trip flow smoothly (phone chargers, room divider for the pullout couch, shampoo - the list goes on!). This is a great space for people who love to cook and feel at home when on the road. Thank you Susanne! You made our trip so much more special.

The location can't be beat! At high tide the birds and seals are so close, it is almost like being on a boat...without the rocking! While the location is the most outstanding feature of this B&B, that is not to say everything else wasn't great too, it was. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

We had an amazing time at this house, everything about the space was delightful, really comfortable, cozy and very well equipped. We loved Powell river and had a wonderful time including a days kayak trip in the Copeland archipelago with a local company called Footprints. Jess and Brandon were exceptional hosts, friendly, responsive and very informative regarding the house and area. I could have stayed forever!

We had a wonderful stay at Qualicum Beach. The place was immaculate, it was super close to the beach and was very private. We loved it!

We had the best time at this amazing beach house. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and the location cannot be beat. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Mischa's place. We loved watching the seals from the windows and the back porch. There were lovely beach views as outlined in the listing. The binoculars in the unit definitely come in handy watching sea life. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Mischa and Svein were easy to connect with and were kind enough to be flexible with our check-out time. We had a lovely stay.

We had an amazing time at the Beach House. The location was amazing waking up each morning to the beautiful view of Saratoga Beach to walking barefoot on the white sandy pristine beach or just sitting on the deck enjoying a cool beverage. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We highly recommend the Beach House and will be booking for next year.

Wonderful week! Fantastic deck furniture, bbq and outdoor space with wonderful view. Great setup with two ensuite bedrooms and full kitchen. Perfect location with access to Campbell River, Comox and surrounding areas. Hosts were absolutely perfect communicators, proactive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay. Beach is very rocky so hard to explore. Was very clean and uncluttered. Found the bed very hot to sleep in but was comfortable with nice pillows. Kitchen is small but had what we needed. Great water pressure and nice hot water.

The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was well labelled and Andrea even had “kid” dishes so it suited us perfectly. There is a dishwasher which was great:. The place was tidy and clean. We had meals outside and enjoyed the view from the patio. The kids enjoyed the small outdoor pool which was heated. There is access to a marina from the property but no beach. Andrea was very communicative and responsive. She answered questions about the unit when needed and was helpful to provide local recommendations for beaches and things to do. We arrived late at night in the pitch dark but Andrea’s instructions to find the unit were helpful and much needed as there were no signs indicating any unit numbers that we could see. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Andrea’s apartment to anyone exploring Halfmoon Bay!

Thank you to Doris and Liz! I couldn’t have asked for a better mini vacation and was truly sad to go. It was a long weekend of peace and a chance to recharge my batteries. Will definitely be returning. Condo is perfectly decorated, bed super comfortable (slept like a baby). The ocean was as close as I could ask! Couldn’t have asked for more for my getaway
