James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Cornerstones is a great property which we rented for an 80th family party. When we arrived the hosts had left a welcome pack of milk etc. The kitchen is equipped with more than enough crockery/utensils/glasses and cookware for multiple guests and everything is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely comfy beds and quality bed linen. The layout was perfect for a family gathering being open plan so everybody was able to be together. There was ample parking and we all had a lovely waterside walk on the Saturday. Andrea and Arnie are excellent experienced hosts and were very helpful and responsive throughout the booking and I would like to thank you for making our party a great success. I would not hesitate to recommend Cornerstones and I can’t think of anything negative to say about it but thank you again.

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay in Seaview, having visited Seaview many times in the past, this was definitely the best place we have stayed. Across the road from the beach with a sea view from the balcony, we couldn't have asked for more. The house is the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed at in the past which helps so much when you're only away from home for a week. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed and a cupboard full of herbs, spices etc. The house is beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden. Seaview is quiet, its not got any of the hustle and bustle of some other seaside towns, so is perfect for a quiet stay on a lovely beach, great for exploring rock pools and fishing, or a walk to Priory bay! The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, it's comfortable, relaxing and well equipped for the kids with enough TV stations and board games to keep them entertained when we got them in from the beach! We loved our stay, thanks Crispin!

We were three generations gathering to celebrate a 80th birthday. The house is spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you needed. The younger members in the group really enjoyed the games room. It's in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to the sea. There are good walks from the door along the promenade. We had a lovely few days and the goodie basket was much appreciated.

Wonderful family weekend in a super house which is ideal for a large gathering. Pippa was great - proactive communications and readily available to answer questions. The house easily accommodated our nine family members aged from 15 to 60. Storm Bert did its best, but we hunkered down with a fire, the cinema room, table tennis table and darts. Oh and plenty of home cooked food ! Kitchen is huge and welcoming for a large party.

This little apartment is perfectly located in Shanklin, near the lovely old towne, shops and bus lines. It has everything you need for a self-catered stay. We cooked fairly easily (note: there's no microwave). Our hosts were quick to respond to our questions which we greatly appreciated. Photos show its very sweet, hip decor well--the owner must be a designer--but don't show how small the apartment actually is. The double bed was a tight squeeze for us, a tall thin woman and broad shouldered man. Wi-Fi was weak during our stay. That said we enjoyed the space and happily recommend this accommodation. Kudos for having a pop-up baby bed!

Really great location to get into Portsmouth via the ferry. Lovely clean flat with super comfy beds. Host had kindly left tea and coffee etc. The Bakehouse bar/ restaurant round the corner on the waterfront is worth a visit. Great communication from owner. 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Central location and the parking space is a real bonus. The flat is well equipped and very comfortable. Jillian was very quick to respond to any questions.

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. I had the best 2 week stay at John's flat. He is the nicest person and went out of his way to make me feel at home. It was the perfect stay for me. 😊❤️😊 Kitchen was stocked with all the basics you need. Apartment was warm on cold and windy January days. The bed is comfy and soft, shower has great pressure and the tub is deep enough for a good soak. I met a great host who is now a great new friend. My absolute favorite place and people to stay with in Portsmouth. PS- -This man makes INCREDIBLE Lemon Drizzle Cake 😊

Seweryn was a great host, Communication was amazing , the flat was equipped with everything you need including games Xbox puzzles. It was a lovely cozy flat me and my partner really enjoyed it. Will be back again.

Very nice stay in a very thoughtfully done apartment, all Airbnbs should use the 'all seasons' adaptable duvets like here to cover everyone with different sleeping temperature preferences!

Great base for a few days in Portsmouth, we were working in the nearby Kings Theatre, and it was ideal, also just a short stroll to the sea front and shopping streets. Comfy bed, outdoor space a big plus for us. And the hosts were really quick to respond to any questions we had.

Cosy and very tidy place to stay would definitely stay again

Excellent location for waterfront, trains, buses, ferry and dockyard museums. Close to shops and pubs with views over the harbour. Good flat for a short stay with room for two people (wider than it looks on the photos). Secure parking at the rear through a locked gate and up a ramp. Excellent communication from the hosts.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend

We had an amazing time here. The flat was absolutely perfect for our family. The girls loved the bunk beds. All the little extras that were included were really thoughtful and extremely helpful. Location super central for everything Portsmouth and Southsea has to offer. Really comfortable and clean. We feel like we found an absolute gem - we will definitely be back to stay again.
