Vacation rentals with a patio in Portsmouth Harbour

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! The house was exactly as described, with all the essentials provided, making it a perfect place to stay for the whole week. The location was excellent, with all the main shops within walking distance and easy access to key tourist spots in Portsmouth. Monika was very responsive to messages and quickly arranged visitor parking permits for us.

We arrived in dark and from roundabout so instructions were thorough, just still hard to find. Had to do a loop as much easier from Romsey. Amazing house, area out the back, location. A bit cold when we arrived and took long time to be a temperature we weren’t cold in, but it was a cold and wet weekend. So can’t be helped. Kitchen was well equipped, and dog beds/towels provided which was helpful. Bed was comfy and bath really nice. Highly recommend. Thank you for your lovely space.

We had a lovely stay, a fabulous flat with fantastic views and the sun shone for us too.

We had a great stay at this property. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and has a wonderful view from the living area. It is great to walk straight out on to the beach and we had some wonderful walks with our dog. The area itself lacks a nice centre but we had some good pub lunches in the surrounding area.

Shafi was really helpful and friendly and the apartment was a really comfortable place to stay … the kids loved the large tv.. would definitely stay again if we needed to be in that area …

Property as listed. Very clean with everything you may need. Heating was on when arrived which was lovely on a cold December afternoon.

A lovely little house which was perfect for our stay. Although its on a housing estate, its not overlooked at the back and has a very nice view over the garden at the back and was very peaceful and pleasant. The decor was very nice and we felt at home immediately, the king size bed was extremely comfortable and unusually I slept soundly from the first night. We found a fantastic place to eat just a few minutes drive away at Worlds End and the house itself was ideally placed to visit family in nearby Portsmouth. I would definitely recommend this place

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

It was a lovely place, a very good wide space for everyone to enjoy the evenings in. Lovely location for our needs with a very responsive host to answer all questions we had. Will 100% recommend.

Great house perfect for 3 couples and dogs celebrating new year. Had a fabulous time was provided with everything we needed and all rooms were very clean and spacious. We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time . Our host was very helpful. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch .

The house was easy to find and provided a lovely social space for our family to get together. The property was clean and there was a lovely welcome hamper. The house is very well equipped and beds were comfortable. The pool and steam room were wonderful. The property is in a peaceful location but good walks from it and plenty to do in the local area. We really enjoyed our time in the property and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My friends and I stayed overnight for my birthday and it was the best!!! The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Jude was also an amazing host and super lovely, she got me flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. It was all very sweet. The location is beautiful and she also gave us great recommendations! Fantastic location especially for walking the dogs, there was a very local park area and beaches very near. Enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs and amazing sunny spot. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come and stay again :) thank you

Nice and clean home location perfect

Way beyond expectations - we felt like we could've had a holiday based here rather than just stopping a couple of nights. Patsy was communicative and helpful, the place is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented, and the location couldn't be better. The best stay we've had on the island, no doubt.

it was great to back at davids 2nd Christmas there which felt like home , he goes more than a mile to make you feel welcome if I could give him 11 out of ten I would cheers once again see you soon

We loved our stay here. It is a great apartment in a fantastic location. The beds were comfy and Dan was really communicative and helpful. It was a bonus to have parking too - we didn’t use the car at all during our stay as it’s such a short walk to all the attractions. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend stay at Roman's Retreat. The flat is in a private road with a partial sea view. It is well located on the south coast of Hayling Island. We had great weather so were able to walk along the sea front with ease. On our first night we ate out in one of the local pubs, there were two very close by with other dining options. In the morning we nipped out to the convenience store (around the corner) and grabbed a coffee from one of the many coffee shops. The place has two spacious bedrooms and a large living room with two sofas. Everything you need for a couple or family of four. The bathroom and kitchen appear to be newly refurbished and therefore spotlessly clean. It's a first floor flat which benefits from a small balcony which I sat out on taking in the late September afternoon sun. We parked right outside in the private road which felt safe and secure. It's a great place for a visit to Hayling Island. Louise was a great host, very responsive. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time with the beach in easy strolling distance and an electric charging point for the car nearby it was a great break. Great Bistro Pub just around the corner.

Lovely little place, so clean! Coffee machine was very welcome ❤️ Log burner was easy to use and very atmospheric that really enhanced the romance. Perfect location to explore Emsworth, lots of nice pubs, good restaurants and picturesque scenery.

John and lynn were very friendly and we felt very nice at the house . Clean and tidy . Beach is nearby and nice area surrounded by restaurants and bars . Fulfilled more than our expectations.They provided permit for car parking which was really great but we felt difficult to find parking but anyway we managed to park their nearby street. Thanks
