Family-friendly vacation rentals in Portland

I am a traveling business person and I have stayed at many Airbnb rentals across almost a dozen states and Ray and Mark have put together the most tastefully thought out space I have ever rented it is a for sure choice for all

Dallas was an amazing host, the home was absolutely peaceful and a beautiful area, inside and outside. He helped with recs for food and places to go and was communicative and kind and cool af, 1000% would stay again. We all thank you Dallas!!

I've stayed here twice now and each time it has been lovely. It's a perfect place to relax, cook, sit on the deck and enjoy the river go by, or read a book by the fire.

Beautiful space, wonderful amenities, and super close to my conference at PCC. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I have trouble finding the words about the stay! Everything was just…. Dare I say….. Perfect! I’m a sucker for cooking home cooked meals and the kitchen was just amazing. Oh, and can I take a moment to talk about the bathroom and that TUB, just stunning. One recommendation I would give anyone is that if you plan on eating at the restaurant downstairs, go early (like around 4pm) because it is first come first serve and they are busy busy!! Absolutely amazing place, I hated that I had to leave and was thinking of ways that would allow me to extend my stay in Portland and in the Airbnb. Thank you for an amazing stay, and an amazing experience. I look forward to staying again

Diane's airbnb is conveniently located for us to visit our kids and grandkids, and also anyone who has students at Reed College. We love the feel of the neighborhood, and walking around at night is beautiful around Christmas time with lights on houses. Also, I should add, the bed was very very comfortable. Dianne and Michael made us feel welcome!

The Art House perfectly met our needs. From the cozy fireplace to the comfy beds, we felt right at home on this mother-daughter time away. Leah was very responsive and provided a clear balance of privacy and friendliness -- respecting our time alone but inviting us to stop by to say hello should we choose :) We're looking forward to returning with the rest of the family.

We had to book this place last minute (day of) as our previous accommodations had cancelled on us. Susan was so easy to work with and was very helpful! Couldn’t have asked for a better saving of the day. The house was very clean, and was perfect for our group of gals. We had 1 guest that is severely allergic to dogs and even though this is a pet friendly house, not once did she have any type of reaction which goes to show just how clean the house was. I would absolutely recommend to a friend!

Julie’s listing was the perfect set up for my boyfriend and i! we had two large dogs along for the ride to see family in Sandy, Julie was quick and thoughtful in her answers of my clarifying questions before booking so we could align with her pet policy! getting to the property was highlighted well in her listing instructions. the space itself was beautiful and very clean. we utilized the fire pit outside and seeing the many animals was a treat!! highly recommend this space if you want to be close to the city and yet out of the way in the woods!

We had a great time staying here and loved the space. Its location in town made it easy to get to the various places we needed to go. The space felt very inviting and cozy and our dog loved it too. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Susan and Steve's Casita for an extended stay. They are such kind, friendly, and attentive hosts! The Casita is so comfortable and quiet and you can't beat the location. The Alberta Arts District is a vibrant community with excellent restaurants, art galleries, taphouses and cafes within walking distance. Susan and Steve had excellent recommendations for us on places to go in the area. We highly recommend this accommodation for your next trip!!

Would definitely stay here again. It’s a beautifully designed, very functional space from which to enjoy NW Portland! You’d never guess it was a basement unit because there are amazing windows and light and a nice view. Loved that it was a little bit away from the hustle and bustle. The space felt private. There was plenty of street parking. Public transit was easy, we took the street car to the art museum. It was a nice workout going up and down the hill to shop and eat out. Go to Ken’s Bakery and Sterling Coffee!

I had a great experience during my four-night stay at Debra and David's home. The house was truly wonderful, making me feel completely at home. It was evident that the house was filled with beautiful memories. Debra was very helpful and attentive to her guests. All the essential amenities, along with some additional comforts, were readily available—everything you could possibly need was provided.

The Avion was delightful! It felt so homey and relaxing. I loved all the extra touches you provide- like the caravan coffee (with instructions), your wine glasses and complimentary ear plugs. Along with having each trailer themed from the rugs, pillows, couch, and blankets. It just made it feel special and personal. I look forward to coming back in the summer to fire up the grill and take advantage of the bikes and pool!

The room is a large renovated garage and you wouldn't even be able to tell without looking at the closed off garage door. It's spacious and very accomodating.

it was just what we were looking for. We visit Portland often and will definitely stay here on our next trip. Loved the neighborhoods eclectic architecture and gardens.

The trailer was great. What an awesome idea! It was so nice being right in the middle of wine country and being able to drive down the road. The extra accoutrama like the pour over coffee and space heater made this better than it needed to be. Would definitely do this place again, thanks!

Jayme’s place was very convenient for us when we came to Wilsonville to visit our family. Clean nice place and it’s great for us that she shares her house on Airbnb when she is not at home!!

Julie was a generous host. It was a peaceful place for my family to stay and easy for our local family to come for meals and visit. Every morning we had coffee on the large private deck. We sat on the deck some evenings and enjoyed the fresh air and complete lack of mosquitoes. The two full bathrooms for the five of us were essential. We booked this house to have a great place to stay-in and have local family over but it was also close to many things in Portland. The zoo and the science museum were two of them. Julie was responsive to requests and just a very kind person.

Wonderfully fun to stay in a time capsule! I was so impressed with how clean and well kept the trailers were. Felt like mint condition!
