Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Port Phillip

Alex’s location was perfect for us to get together the Australian Open and to explore Melbourne for a week. The tram lines to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Beach, South Melbourne market, etc. were close by. There were many restaurants, bars, and the Prahran Market a few blocks away, yet the apartment was quiet and comfortable. No problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Alex was a great host and we would definitely stay in his apartment again if we make it back to the Melbourne area.

Lauren’s apartment was perfect for our week+ stay in Melbourne! Tram at your doorstep, and a short walk to the Bridge rd tram which takes you right into the city! The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was great!… Lots of good restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets…. would definitely stay again! Also a bonus was the underground carpark and plenty of street parking too!

For our first holiday as a family of 4 (2 under 2 children!) this accommodation was perfect. The free tram was so close and heaps of other things were walking distance. Sebastian’s communication was fast, and he was friendly & helpful. Beautiful view and lovely apartment, styled nicely with access to a pool too! Lots of amenities and items to use which was helpful. We would definitely stay here again :)

Wow is all I can say! David is the most incredible host I have ever had through airbnb, his place is glorious and spotless and I’m so overjoyed it got to be a part of mine and my partners move to Australia! Thank you to the moon and back David!!

Loved this great little spot where my husband and I had the perfect stay for a few days. I was amazed at the little touches throughout the apartment including a few items like milk, cold water and butter in the fridge. There were so many cafe and restaurant options in the Fitzroy area that we ended up eating out the entire time but I could tell that the supplies in the kitchen were plenty. All in all it was a perfect stay.

A beautiful place to stay with a fantastic shopping strip nearby with super markets, cafes and other places to dine or get take aways. The apartment was sensational, really enjoyed our time there with the family.

From first to last contact, including our stay, this was a great experience. Claire was lovely to deal with and super-responsive and thoughtful. The apartment was exactly as the photos but with the added benefit of beautiful bedding, towels etc and high quality crockery and kitchenware, great coffee-making facilities. Everything we needed and more. Plus lovely balcony, cool interior on hot days, and nice peaceful spot right on the doorstep of lots of great shops, cafes, pubs etc. We were so glad to have booked Claire and NIck's place, especially for a Christmas away from home - it felt like a home away from home with added extras, a retreat right in the heart of things. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the ambiance was both cozy and modern. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was seamless; they were incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. Great family house extraordinarily well equipped kitchen with lots of equipment and clear instructions. Peaceful, private, comfortable. Walk to beachover a sand ridge or via flat streets in 5-10 minutes. Beachside walk to shops in 20-25 minutes. Great value.

Wonderful 2-day stay. Home is immaculate and feels like a genuine home. Highly recommended for family groups with provided kids entertainment options, alfresco area and proximity to local shops and restaurants.

Great property for a beach stay, close to Rye shops and dog beach. Wonderful outside bath and television facilities. The property is well set-up for pets with thoughtful touches like a dog bed and couch covers. Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful time, the house was very clean, beautiful ,comfortable and very well situated . My daughter loved the hammock and the garden was very clean and well maintained. The pet door made our stay even better. Oriel was very thoughtful for leaving a water bowl for our dog. We were given clear instructions of how to get to the place and also handy piece of advice.

Great stay at Kathy's property and hope to stay again soon. The house felt comfortable and peaceful with lots of light, and was larger than expected. The backyard is huge and well maintained, the dog loved it. We were lucky to have beautiful weather the whole long weekend. Lovely to be out on the balcony with a view of the water and lighthouse, and it was an easy walk to the beach and shops. Kathy was a great host - prompt and friendly responses and instructions. Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Such a beautiful welcoming stay that feels like home. It was the perfect location for exploring Melbourne and so close to every major tourist attraction. Ky was so friendly, welcoming, and pro active on chat. She gave us some great recommendations for local attractions. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking a meal at home too. P.S. Plant lovers will love this place!

Jane is a fantastic host and her apartment is a real gem right in the middle of artsy Fitzroy. The location is just perfect, with so many cool places right nearby. Nevertheless it was overall relatively quiet, especially given how centrally it is located. The apartment is huge, is stocked with everything you need, and has a very well working AC (came in very handy with Melbourne's crazy summer heatwaves). Finally Jane was easy to communicate with, always helpful, and overall a great host - thanks a lot!

Stayed for the F1 race with a few friends. Great location. Walking distance to the race, plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice rooftop with great view. And friendly host. 👍🏻

Beautiful and sunny top floor apartment. The place was very quiet but in great location near all the shops and bars in st Kilda. Lawrence was very helpful and quick on responses.
