You get a great welcome to a spotless and very well equipped apartment in a very quiet residential area. Transfer from airport arranged by host was great. These guys really look after you!

Great place close to restaurants and sights yet tranquil. Comfy, clean and bright apartment. Good internet, had no troubles working. A bottle of red was left as a lovely welcome gift by the host.

Andrea is an amazing host, the location of the appartment is ideal and easily accessible. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equiped and quiet. Andrea and her team were flexible and really kind, always available. I strongly recommend the flat and her services.

This is a great place to stay. The apartment overlooks plaza Charco so be prepared for a vibrant nightlife below. We stayed 10 days and wish we could have stayed much longer. Maria is very helpful with local suggestions, bus routes, etc. she is possibly the most responsive host I've ever had. I definitely recommend this stay and look forward to returning in the future.

I loved staying at Christian's flat. The flat was lovely and light (with the big windows), very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, hot water, great shower. Everything as described. Very accessible on public transport (I used buses to get around). Christian was responsive and quick to reply to a question I had before I arrived and informed he could be contacted if any assistance needed. Sitting on the private balcony watching the sunset was the icing on the cake! I cannot praise the lovely studio flat enough and do hope to stay here again!

This house stays in your heart long after you leave. It felt just like home, with breathtaking views and every amenity you could think of—from the essentials like a first aid kit and sunscreen to thoughtful extras like ice cubes ready in the freezer and even sanitary pads. Silvia went the extra mile by providing a rough guide on things to do, along with booklets and magazines about the island—such a thoughtful touch. The place offers far more than expected for the price. If you’re looking to explore northern Tenerife, this is the perfect spot. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return! ❤️

Very clean apartment, there is everything one could need including the necessary products upon arrival on the island , large stock of towels and sheets , super convenient bed, large storage cabinet with large mirror , very well equipped kitchen although we did not cook (small bar opposite cheap and very nice staff, perfect for breakfast ) very centric location, and everything is on foot restaurants, shopping etc ... Jesus is very responsive and helpful , a big thank you to him for the speed of the service rendered Highly recommend this apartment

Tenerife is a wonderful island and if you like hiking and the mountains, Mila and Armando's loft is ideal. Wonderful hosts who answer any questions immediately accurately and always with a smile. I recommend them 100%!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time in this secluded paradise. The fireplace was our highlight in the evening and the terrace was a perfect place to enjoy the morning and lunch sun. Since the resort is a bit remote, a car is definitely recommended to explore the surrounding area and make it easier to get there. Thank you for everything! We loved the area. Very natural and untouristy. Great sea views. Lovely terrace with a bbq. Some people might prefer the shop and restaurants to be a little closer. Beach within a couple of minutes walk and great views from the rocks. Apartment very comfortable for 2 of us. We chose the area to get maximum possibility of winter sun but to be away from the touristy towns. It worked perfectly for us and we would love to go back.

Jose has been a lovely host and provided us with some fresh fruit and cake upon arrival. The house is perfectly equipped, very clean and exactly like in the pictures. It also has very beautiful garden, you can just enjoy the mornings on the balcony listening to the birds. We highly recommend the place when staying on the island. Again thanks for everything Jose, we had an amazing time!!!

Nice location in a bit quiter area of the city, close to shops, restaurants and the ocean. One can still hear noises of the night life, but it didn't bothered us much. View from the living room was incredible. In the apartment we found everything we needed. Great communication with Ella, the host. Highly recommended.

Pablo is a very good host. Very helpful, friendly, gave us very clear directions on how to get to the place, met us there, showed us around, and even came to check out even though we had to leave very early - thank you, Pablo! Pablo gave very good recommendations for good places to dine, activities to do, places to visit. I really liked the place: cosy, spacious, bright, had everything we needed, nicely furnished, tastefully decorated. The place was quiet and peaceful, we truly enjoyed our stay. Fully recommended

This wonderful apartment has everything you need for your stay in Puerto de la Cruz. It has one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The apartment was clean and cozy, the kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine in the bathroom was very practical. The balcony offers beautiful views of the nearby park. The apartment is located in a peaceful and safe area on a hill, and it’s a short walk to the city center where the beach, restaurants and shops are. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

This is the third year that we have returned to Diego and Zoe’s apartment. As always they are charming hosts, responsive and supportive. The apartment is in a gated complex with a shared swimming pool. The supermarket and beach are close by. A private and quiet location perfect for a relaxing holiday.

A perfect escape from the Scottish Winter. We had a fabulous time at Mouna’s apartment. Mouna gave us a great welcome & took time to give us recommendations of top spots to visit. The views of the ocean are spectacular & we spent many mornings & evenings on one of the 2 balconies. We swam, enjoyed some coastal & hilly walks nearby, ate paella at El Saltire, visited San Cristobal de La Laguna & Santa Cruz & also drank many a cortado by the marina in Radazul. Thanks Mouna!

we had a great time here! the flat has absolutely everything you might need, it is comfortable and very clean. It is calm and private, with bus stop close by (center is some 30min by walk). lidl is close and there are also some restaurants and bars nearby. We also took few suggestions that were left along the guest instructions and we did not regret it :). Great place and great host!

Lovely duplex apartment, perfect for a week away. Large south facing terrace. Apartment was well equipped with all bits & pieces. Large TV and good wifi. Main entrance to the complex is through a steak restaurant which is confusing but once you have worked that out it is easy to find your way around. Beautiful view of the sea from the apartment and very central for easy access to beach and restaurants. Host was also quick to communicate and friendly. Would recommend.
