Cozy and bright villa located in the north of the island.A few meters from one of the best beaches. Natural area, quiet and well maintained. It offers dining areas, shops, cultural and leisure activities for the whole family. Also nightlife on the outskirts. All amenities within 5 km. The house is located in a less busy place, it does not share neighbors with a wall, nearby there is a playground and basketball. Also a fantastic lake to relax and walk around.
