Villa vacation rentals in Port Aransas

Stayed with a big family and still had plenty of extra space. 5 minute walk from the beach and beautiful outside space. Fire alarm in the kitchen was a bit oversensitive but we just avoided using the oven and it was fine. Great location, great space, great experience!

Very clean and modern villa, about a block from the beach and very nice swimming pool off the front porch. 2 parking spaces around the back of the building. Well maintained. Close quarters with neighbors, and pool could get too busy for social distancing (especially when beach closed due to storm flooding). Comfortably fit our family - 4 adults, 2 young kids. Surprise arcade in the bedroom! Kids loved it!

The unit was very nice and as described. It was very comfortable and everything was really clean and most importantly...everything worked. The only complaint I have and it is not the unit owners fault...is that the visitors in the area and other units were rowdy, drinking publicly and I witnessed at least one verbal altercation at the pool by visitors staying in a unit directly in front of the pool. Again, this is not the property owners fault but the HOA should be contacted. Otherwise this was a great stay!

The home was beautiful, it had everything we needed. Very clean and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. Did have someone park in our spot, we called the number provided and when we came back 1 hour later the car was gone. Thank you for being proactive with that. The home is beautiful and you can tell by lol the decor that they take pride in it. The cleaning fee was a little over 200$ I thought that was a little high. But overall the stay was perfect! Even the locals were very nice. We’ll definitely be back.

This is one of the few spots we’ve found on the island to host our whole extended family (17 of us), so we’re grateful to have found it! While the description of the property was completely accurate, we overlooked the three story layout so had to adjust a bit (lots of stairs to be aware of if anyone is impaired/injured). Most of the bathrooms are en suite, so keep that in mind in terms of doling out rooms. (Also, the bunk room is where the doors are located to enter/exit condo, so also keep that in mind for planning.) Lots of guest parking, lovely pool and splash pad, and the hosts were responsive when we had questions and to quickly address check-in code not working.

Great location aside from the drive to it through Rockport due to the flooding! Otherwise, great amenities. Fishing of the dock, my kids caught multiple fish and a crab. Beware of the crocodile/gators though. Very clean. Had everything you need to cook in the kitchen as far as pots, pans, etc. Family friendly. Pull out bed on 3rd floor was actually comfortable plus the full bath up there was a plus. Rockport beach was also very close and clean, as well as good restaurants nearby. Latitude was 15-20 min. A must.

Love how close it was to the beach, views were great. We really enjoyed the pool. Would recommend mirrors in the bedrooms.

Loved the place very spacious and very clean. Felt like home , my family loved it. Very good communication, the only thing that we had trouble was that we reserved one more night and had trouble getting the new code. But other than that everything was great. We will definitely come back.

Fav new condo in Port A! Beautiful pool, super comfy beds, and all the amenities!

We enjoyed our stay! Padre Escapes was perfect for a mini get away, it was clean and felt open!

So much fun and a great location! We especially loved the heated pool and yard area.

This condo was just as described. It was a cozy condo for my family. Nearby beaches, places to eat and market. I would definitely stay again.

The place was great and this is actually our 2nd time staying and we will be back! Keep up what you're doing.
