Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ponte Capriasca

The apartment is very nice. You have a private spa for an hour a day. The apartment is located a small mountain road from the village of See. The drive to the lake is about 15 minutes. The path is not recommended on foot.

View is incredible, apartment in a great location with free garage use. Would 100% recommend a car if you stay here! All the hosts are great and very responsive, would definitely come back!

Our stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well thought out that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing us to arrive without any hassle. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that Andrea’s truly cares about the comfort of their guests, and we deeply appreciate it. If you are looking for a cozy and worry-free stay, this is the perfect place. Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Luca is really kind, he welcomed us and our little dog in a very special way. He gave us a hand with our luggage and gave us ideas for visiting. I highly recommend it!!

Beautiful, spacious, bright, very clean apartment. The layout of the rooms is particularly well designed and we found the soundproofing great. Being two couples, one of them with a son, we found the possibility of having two separate sleeping areas: a double bedroom with bathroom on one side, and another two bedrooms +1 bathroom on the other, shared by the large central living area with respect to the apartment. Very comfortable. I highly recommend it and, who knows, we hope to have another chance in the future.

Our stay went very well, Maddy is available and welcoming. The apartment is functional, clean and well-equipped. This place is well centered for activities around Tegna. Thank you Maddy, looking forward to a next visit to your beautiful region.

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

An extremely friendly, helpful, relaxed and emphatic hostess made our stay in the very well-equipped apartment pleasant. We loved the sensational views and the many pets (two cute dachshunds and four sweet cats). The approach on the last 600 meters and the steps to the apartment took some getting used to. The pool is tasteful and beautifully landscaped. Due to the rather bad weather for this season, however, we used it little. Restaurants etc. are not easily accessible on foot! There is a footpath to Gravedona, but with a full stomach I don't think it's so great. But you can, if you have stocked up in the Iperal in Dongo (preferably on the way there already), cook and dine wonderfully there. We can definitely recommend the place! Thanks Silvia!!

We had a wonderful stay at Felicitas and Federico's place! Yes, the journey is adventurous but also very charming, and the view is stunning. The two - and Sophie - were so loving and helpful, we immediately felt comfortable! And our dog was also warmly welcomed. We will definitely be back! 🌞

Breathtaking views!! We stayed here for a week as a family of 4 and it was absolutely fantastic! Michele was super friendly and helpful, He answered all our questions and provided us with information we needed pretty much straight away throughout the whole week. There were brochures waiting for us with recommendations of restruants and travelling around which were super helpful. On top of that the views you get to experience are incredible absolutely stunning villa in the perfect location for peace and relaxation. Thankyou for having us we will be back!

Wonderful and unique Place directly on the lake! Very quite and Perfect Place to relax and enjoy the area and landscape! Davide and his mother Marina are super friendly and we felt very welcome and we Hope to come again soon!

Great view and the pool (which we could no longer use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, which means you either have to buy something in smaller stores (if you can find a parking space) or you have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start a few hikes directly from the apartment. Restaurants are available in the village or in nearby villages as long as you can find a parking space - which unfortunately was an issue even in October (also due to construction sites)

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

We had a great time at Elena's: the house is lovely, quiet, clean and easy to reach, the view is beautiful, and the owners are delightfully kind.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay with Irene. Irene was very helpful and responsive, with useful advice about the local area. The local restaurants, shops, train station and ferry are all within walking distance, but far enough down a fairly steep hill that the place felt private. The place is quiet but exactly what we wanted. Our only challenge was drying off some of our clothes which encountered some unfortunate weather! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Lake Como.

David and Rozeta are excellent hosts. they were responsive. Rozeta helped us checkin, show us the apartment, and provided tips for sight seeing. she permitted us for a slightly later checkout. she also informed us of the free street parking. it was a bit hard to drive to this location after dark, and to carry luggage down several steps. But, David helped us after checkout.

Amazing part of Switzerland. Beautiful home. We had four couples and the space was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully come back.
