The place is easy to find. It is quiet. The bedrooms are spacious,as well as the dining area. There's a lot of towel provided. Plus factor is the scenic view of Mt. Mayon—you can marvel at its beauty even while washing the dishes. The caretaker is very accommodating, and Ms. Wong responds promptly to my queries. This place is highly recommended to others.

We had a great stay at Miss Reina's place. We're looking for a place where we can enjoy our peaceful times, quite away from the crowded city, and luckily we found Miss Reina's. Aside from that, everything you need at home is available, even food and drinks. It's also easy to navigate everything in the house because it has instructions and labels in every corner. Miss Reina is also very accommodating and responsive. Very organized and easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a very good stay. We'll surely be back. This place is highly recommended. Beautiful location, incredibly peaceful & serene. Plenty of room for 10 people. No Air-condition or TV/Karoke so it was a little warm however you are just a few steps from a beach and breezes. Two caretakers onsite who were incredibly helpful & kind. The property is some distance from the nearest town of Santo Domingo ( 15-20 minute ride ) so worth ensuring you bring everything you need however the trip into Santo Domingo is also worth while. There are a lot of steps down to the property which requires a lot of steps up when leaving, not ideal for perhaps the elderly or people with mobility concerns. Also quite close to the nature centre which was amazing, the amount of work & effort taken in building the accommodation & centre is staggering. The opportunity to just walk out & jump in the beach with the amazing views and relaxing environment was absolutely worth while.

The neighborhood is quiet and definitely worth what we paid for. The staff is very approachable and just a knock away, as his door is right beside the unit. Everything you need is already in the unit (e.g., kitchen utensils). We were amazed at how spacious the room and bathroom are, with high ceilings. It exceeded our expectations—10/10. You can also see the Mayon Volcano from their rooftop, making it even more worth it.

Good place! Good value for money. Location is central with a short walk to center. You have everything you need near by. Internet is working well and no concerns. The only drawback is that the house becomes very hot and humid. There is a AC in the bedroom so its fine to sleep. But rest of house is very hot even though there is fans available. Depending on your tolerance its something to consider. Host is good and reliable so no concerns whatsoever.

The place is very homey, quiet and close to the local market, 7eleven.. We arrived late & haven't eaten our dinner but thankfully they recommmeded a cafe that could deliver food to us. We also got our tour guide for our day tour in albay thru Ms. Caroline.. We stayed for 2nights at their place.. Will definitely recommend the place. Thanks for having us! We enjoyed our brief stay in Albay❤️

This place is really worth the money. The loft is aesthetic. The rooms are very clean, with wifi, good airconditioning, soft towels (w/c seems new) and comfy large beds. Aside from cooking wares and utensils, she also provided us with 1 round of water and dispenser . Ms Arlene, who is always responsive to our request is really nice and accommodating. My family likes this place a lot. looking forward to be stay here again next year😊
