Emilia has a beautiful home at the gates of Warsaw. If you are looking for a quiet area, for example with family + children, this is a very nice living situation. The house is cozily furnished (with fireplace and large couch) and has a special charm. The children use the garden to play in. The place is a single-family house settlement, but Emilia's house is in it like a beautiful island. A great, large children's playground (Park Glinianki) is within walking distance, as is a great pastry chef (Cuckiernia Babeczki). The direct S-Bahn to Warsaw city center is within walking distance, but you can also explore Warsaw in about 30 minutes by car. Emilia or her mother are always available at short notice and make every effort to respond to what guests want. A successful stay for us!

The stay was very nice. It is a very calm area. The house is super modern and very nicely decorated. Check-in and check-out went great. It's a beautiful house.

We had a wonderful stay at Bartosz's place! The house was absolutely lovely, cozy, and incredibly well-kept, with a breathtaking view that was even more stunning with the autumn colors. Every morning, we enjoyed sitting by the window, taking in the scenery and relaxing. Bartosz was a fantastic host—friendly, communicative, and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the season.

We really liked it and was comfortable, we were with two small children and the presence of a children's room suited us. Everything is very nice and clean, convenient to get anywhere you plan, the location is super and extremely quiet and warm. Nearby there are shops , food establishments, the first lift and not bougil 1.5 km, as well as Gubalovka 5 km. The host is always available and will advise where to go 🔥

It was just perfect experience! Starting from Gosia’s clear instructions and friendly conversation, amazingly clean and modern house with everything one might want for a comfy stay with or without a dog. And just great atmosphere for both rest and work outside the city. Hot tub was also very nice experience :) Highly recommended!

Petra's place is highly recommended. We had very pleasant, quiet days around the turn of the year and Petra and her husband are very warm, helpful people.

Great place, great surroundings, great house. We spent a christmas family holiday there playing board games and cooking for 5 days straight, very peaceful and cozy. We especially loved the chimney!! Would be happy to come back for a visit again. There is a lot of space and room for everyone as well as lots of board games.

We have stayed at the other place Allan has and really enjoyed this one as well. The location of the apartment is great and there are so many restaurants, bakeries and cafes within a close walking distance. The elevator made it easy to get all of our luggage up to the top floor with our 2 kids, which we really appreciated! Allan and Paulina were very responsive to any questions we had. The folder with all of the check in information had some great recommendations of things to do in the area. The entire apartment is very clean, bright and open and worked great for our family. We look forward to making another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment was well equipped and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The contact was perfect. The host was very helpful. We'll be happy to come back.

Everything 10/10, we wanted the location, very close to the saucer literally 5 minutes, the apartment itself WOW, the view from the 10th floor, something beautiful!! Contact with the owners 11/10, check-in from 3pm interfered with our plans, I wrote, I described the situation, after 10 minutes I received a feedback message that the time was changed to 1:30 pm, it is rare to have such good contact (at least in my case), you can see that they really care about guests! We'll be back!!!

We have spent two weeks in the apartment and highly reccomend it! The location of the place is excelent. Even though very close to city center, apartment is situated in very silent area. Apartment is very big, clean and very warm, I stayed there with two kids. Kitchen is very well equiped if you decide to cook there and have homemade meal.

we had a great stay at Renata's place. It's got everything you'd need or expect plus extras such as shampoo, cooking oil, herbs and spices. It was comfortable and we felt fully at home. Renata's a great host, she showed us round when we arrived and had left us an amazing fruit meringue tart, a bottle of wine and some sweets for the kids. She left us to it but was really nice when we did see her and even baked us some more treats! The apartment is in a fairly quiet residential area with a supermarket, with deli counter, just over the road and a fruit and veg stall, bakery and butchers around the corner near the tram stop. Renata had put a couple of guides in the apartment and getting around was really easy on the trams and trains. We'd definitely recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location with everything in walking distance and it was very comfortable and spacious accommodation. There were some thoughtful finishing touches on arrival like snacks and juice. We were also able to check in early which was very much appreciated. Apartment in a very good location, matches the photos. Well-heated space. Missing can be just some cooking utensils and a high table. Very clean accommodation and parking is ideal and the residence is well secured and clean

We had a great stay at Miko And Friends:)! The location is perfect, right next to the station, and the city center is just a 10-minute walk away. Miko provided us with all the instructions and useful tips. The bathtub next to the bed was a nice touch, and the bathrooms were very comfortable. The terrace with a view was beautiful. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need, even in the kitchen. Highly recommended! Lorenzo from Italy

Piotr’s air bnb was a 8 minute walk to the centre and the balcony is much bigger than seen on the photos for the price I think it was very reasonable from how close we were to everything. The bed is a little bigger than the photos and was extremely comfy. I 100% recommend this air BnB mainly for the price and how close it was to the centre and the good communication from Piotr. Much appreciated :)
