This Airbnb smashed expectations! Beautiful, clean home would come again

We were very much impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully peaceful , providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. David went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, 15min ride on a traditional boat to villa.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend David’s place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!”

The property was exactly as described and very quit and peaceful. There was a nice cafe to eat at the property and the views of the area were amazing. I was visiting with 3 friends and we each had our own room and bathroom. I would recommend anyone staying here to make sure they have transportation to the town - we had our own car so there was no issue. Otherwise I would tell anyone to stay here!

Lovely place, Bishnu, who takes care of the place was very kind and helpful. Well located, just set back from the main road, great view from the balcony and terrace. The only negative is it is quite basically equipped - they could do with a few more day to day things for the apartment (like sponges, tea towels, bin bags etc). Otherwise all was great. Highly recommend!

A very open, spacious, roomy Airbnb with lot of sun shine. What surprised me was how big the place is for a duplex. It’s a massive place. Kitchen is fully loaded with everything to make you feel at home right from mixer grinder to toaster to rice cooker. It’s not lake side, but it’s a prime location still I’ll say. Close to main road with buses and cabs available. Lot of restaurants and eateries nearby along with a big super market at around 100 away from place. And the best part - the view from the terrace on days with clear skies. You can see the Annapurna range very clearly. I was there every day for sunrise and sunset to see the golden coloured snow peaks. The coffee tasted better with the views in front!! The host Mr. Ganesh doesn’t live in Nepal but he’s very prompt over messages and communication is very smooth. The caretaker Lakshmi is always available either in person or over call. She is really sweet. I’m definitely staying here again when and if I come next to Pokhara.

Thanu’s place is perfect to feel at home. The rooms are cosy & clean , there is always hot water, the view from the terrace on the mountains is fantastic, the location in a quiet Street nearby Lakeside is perfect . Thanu’s brother Laxman was a perfect host, he helped us with the organisaton of trips. The paragliding & daytrip in the mountains where so beautiful ! I would certainly book again. Highly reccommended!

It was such a peaceful place, right on the top of a small hill. The view of Pokhara City from the deck was super exciting, specially In night time. The view of Annapurna and Other himalayan peaks was amazing right from the deck. Host, the thapa family was very very friendly and eager to help at any given time. The property is quite a new property, so all the things kitchen, washroom and furniture were lookalike next to new. We loved the place, and definitely recommend to stay in Pokhara city for some peaceful time.

Perfect stay. Wonderful apartment, very comfortable, clean, and spacious. I had to work and the internet worked great, strong enough for video meetings and streaming. The host couple are also such nice people. Mrs Renu Thapa takes care of the apartment and your needs, while her husband Som runs a travel agency. From booking to arrival there was efficient Whatspp communication to help me arrange my travel and answer my questions. I would come back again for my next stay!

Beautiful accommodation, modern, comfortable, and clean. Excellent internet if you need to work online. A mountain trail right behind the house. Wonderful family, I'm very happy with my time here. I will come back

Yi's place is a quiet, clean, and comfortable place. You get a great view of the lake from the balcony and it's very calming to just sit there and do nothing. The beds and bathrooms were sparkling clean and well maintained. The place itself is about 2 KM from the main Lakeside area and away from all the noise. It's about a 30-minute walk or you could simply hire a bike to get around. And when in the lakeside area, a must visit is Yi's restaurant "The Juicery Cafe". It's a fantastic lakeside restaurant where we've probably had the best pork dish ever in our life!

The room is not bad, I like the small sofa at the door, and there is a small bed in the living room.The bathroom is a little bit old, it is recommended to install some hooks, if you also go in the winter, take a shower in the afternoon or evening, there may be no hot water late.The kitchen is large, but the lights are out and one light is a bit dark at night.The landlord is very friendly. A lot of trips and activities are arranged and tickets were arranged and tickets were very convenient. The condiments were also taken from the landlord's room upstairs. Overall, it was very good. There was no hot water👍 at night. I hope to remind future travelers to avoid embarrassment.😅

A fine apartment in a nice building away from the hustle and bustle of Lakeside, but still close enough to walk there as often as you like. Pros: -Tika and Madhav! The owners and their family are so welcoming and friendly. You will feel like family while you are there. -Location -Great hiking nearby -Super comfortable beds -Private parking if you rent transportation Cons: -Loud! The family is so welcoming that there are always guests who have a tendency to talk quite loudly. Also, there are many stray dogs that bark and bark! Madhav did speak with the owner of one of the loudest in the area to get them to do something about it which was much appreciated. -The place is great, but sparse. You can’t expect European luxury of course, the apartment has everything you need, it’s just not the most comfortable. All in all, I highly recommend this place. The few missing items or issues we had were instantly dealt with. Thanks so much Tika and Madhav!

The place was good and at walking distance from the lake...host was very kind and responsive. Enjoyed our stay

The property is at the right location at the centre. Everything around is walkable including lakeside. The care taker and the family were really helpful. The only drawback is that the room is at 4th floor with no lift so if you are not young to climb the stairs think about it. Other than everything was good.

The host sister Sun is super nice, and the gliding, car, and restaurant suggesting a one-stop service is simply too thoughtful.The homestay is very cozy, makes people feel like they belong, the location is also good, you can walk to the lake in a few steps, in short, it is a great experience, I will make an appointment again next time I come to Pokhara.
